On the face of it Tilly Trotter was disappointing on her first run at the Curragh two weeks ago but if you watch the race she was drawn where there was no pace, ran a bit green and faded in soft ground over the stiff 5f course after running well enough for a long period so there's room for tons of improvement. The easier test at Dundalk should be right up his street and while she has a wide draw again it looks a weak contest and has the best jockey in the race Pat Smullen on board. Weld is also one to keep onside at this time of the year posting a level stakes profit in March and April over the past 5 years.

Hes Our Music was beaten 3/4L on his penultimate start here at Dundalk in a race working out particularly well and you could argue that he was actually the best horse in the race. He set off quite fast in front but stuck on well unlike Strait Of Zanzibar who folded tamely under the strong pace. That horse went on to win next time out so was likely in good form making Hes Our Music's run from the front that day all the more impressive. You have to excuse a poor run at Cork last weekend but that was over a trip too far on heavy ground which he would have hated so back over a suitable trip at Dundalk he should be competitive.

The Listed race at 7.30 looks a cracking contest with several promising 3 year olds. Washington DC sets the standard but O'Brien never has his string firing at this time of year and Wachman's Most Beautiful rates a big danger. She was an excellent 3rd in the Debutante Stakes at the Curragh last season behind two of Coolmore's biggest Classic hopes Ballydoyle and Minding while Turret Rocks and Alice Springs have also franked the form of that race. Arguably she found the stiff 7f there too far at 2 years of age as she ran keen and was last off the bridle so we might not have seen her to best effect that day and she could be a fantastic prospect this term.
