Backed this one at Wincanton when i thought , (well i would wouldn't I), he was going very well when being brought down. That form has worked out alright and next time was third over the same C/D in a 0-140 handicap. This is a slightly easier Class 3 (0-130) and comes up against this Ut Majeur Aulmes. At first i thought this one would be a big danger but then realised we are loads better off at the weights on the run at Taunton behind Balgarry, also i'm not sure he puts it all in and although he's a strong traveller he doesnt find much off the bridle. Gores Island is a battler and if its between these two i know which one i'd want to be one.

close race and yet again one horse drops out an eight horse race ...its a joke ...ordinarily id leave alone now the ew has gone but theres a huge amount of value in this top rated here .. Has been posting some good form and drop to 7f a big plus so maybe better to come ...at 7/1he looks a decent bet
