Trainer bases

I was thinking the other day where theres a relation between where a trainers based and what tracks they have most success at. Whether you may find that certain trainers records get worse the further their horse travel etc. So what Im wondering is if anyone knows of a list of where trainers are based. The more the better but preferbly at least the top trainers.

Re: Trainer bases Someone was telling me a similar thing the other day, WFTE. I can't remember which trainer's he mentioned, but he said if you looked at their records, all of them performed much better on their local tracks.

Re: Trainer bases Just stumbled along this thread so I thought I would check out and see how Hughie Morrissons horses perform at each course. The ones that have returned the highest profit over the last 5 seasons plus the winners to runs in brackets are Newbury +24.15 (8 out of 67) Pontefract +21.75 (5 out of 21) Kempton +19.10 (6 out of 34) Brighton +18.00 (7 out of 36) others where he is in profit include Ascot, Ayr, Brighton, Catterick, Epsom, Musselburgh and Redcar. The course where he has made the most profit is easily the nearest to him. However if you look at the stats Newbury has only had one more winner that Brighton but over a lot less runs which suggests some big priced winners at Newbury.
