If you check out my old Lay the Racing Post system, horses top rated by the RP have a bad record in handicaps. I was hitting around a 80% strikerate laying clear toprated horses. Dont ask me why it works, it just does. I have also now learnt that a low draw at Warwick is useful in sprints - does this mean Smart John in the 5:00 is a good bet to win some of this lot back??!!! Dont know about Smart John but it could explain my two losses as they were drawn 1 and 4. Would you class 1m4f as a sprint anyway? P.S.
