Tough  tough race ...conditions will be dire but these two are a touch clear so worth a second look in what is a wide open race ....sego sucess has been well backed this past week so big plus ...plus trainer has done well in this race in the past ...so double positive ....negative is he will lumping top weight 3 and half miles on heavy ...no mean feat but not impossible 

Foxbridge is another interesting runner ...he has slipped in here under the radar ....has decent form at distances and isnt badly treated presently ...wont mind conditions but biggest  pkus he gets in here off nice low weight (around 10-6)...that should help his case and 16/1 quote looks very decent value ...lets try two agaibst the field in what I think will be a very difficult weekend to find any winners

Verdict:

Plenty of horses with a chance on their best form but I think its safe to go with those proven in the ground and can jump well. I like Foxbridge for obvious reasons, he has won three races in ground like this and is in good nick at the moment and will have a nice low weight to carry.

Of those at the other end of the handicap I like Alan Kings Sego Success. He looks an improved horse and actually welcomed a return to soft ground at Doncaster last time out. He will get his conditions here for sure.
