Re: Ligue 1 Orange > January 23rd - 25th Nice - Marseille The only thing I can thing about this game is goals, goals, goals. Nice fans after the comeback against Bordeaux are really excited and wait a good appearance in this derby against Marseille. they also need to put an end in the bad appearances in their home as they only have one win in the last 8 games there. Marseille has to do their first away win after 2 months,if they want to continue chasing the title. Today they are basically without their regulars in the defense and i consider it certain that they will concede at least one goal. Over 2.5 @ 2.10 Marathonbet

Re: Ligue 1 Orange > January 23rd - 25th Lille – Monaco Lille have actually looked a bit better in 2015 since the winter break, at least they are grinding some results out and performances improved. I think this is the sort of fixture they should enjoy as a technical underdog, but realistically I don’t see why Monaco are given favoritism here. Ok, they are a decent side, but they aren’t anything special these days. Both teams miss players to injury and the African Nations, so in this regard it doesn’t look like either team has an edge. Lille are at home though and have had a whole week to prepare for this game. For Monaco, this will be their 4th match in the space of 14 games so fatigue could be an issue. Yes, they are used to juggling a lot of matches this season but I’m sure it will have some sort of negative affect. A draw is certainly possible, but I don’t really see why Lille are so big so taking them DNB looks like a nice bet here. Prediction: Lille 1-0 Monaco Recommended bet: Lille DNB @ 2.0 5/10

Re: Ligue 1 Orange > January 23rd - 25th Evian and Toulouse look like they are going to score a few goals. Both teams have decent attackers and their defences are both hit by missing players. It is hard to predict the final outcome at this time of the year when the players are on international duty but i think both team will find the net at least per once.Evian are healthy scorers this season, hitting the net twice against PSG on the road. They had a few more good performances for the cup as well in the ligue 1 and i think they should be confident and give it a go today.Toulouse are not the most reliable proposition to score goals on the road but Evian seem shaky at the back not caring about defending but outscoring the opponent. As i said this bet will be helped by the absences which both camps have.Toulouse have conceded 8 goals in the last 3 games away from home and Evian is a team who really counts on its home games.I think both teams will start attacking from the very beginning and we might see an entertaing game today. My bets are:BTTS-YEs & over 2.5 @ 2.62 and Evian team goals over 1.5 @ 2.6 all with bet365.GL! 1:0

Re: Ligue 1 Orange > January 23rd - 25th Ligue 1: Olympique Lyonnais- Metz Marseille have already lost this weekend, PSG and St Etienne , currently in third and fourth play each other later today, so a massive opportunity for Lyon to give themselves some daylight at the top of Ligue 1. Victory will see them four points clear and perhaps more importantly, at least for the time being, seven ahead of the Parisian giants. Lyon go to inform Monaco next, before hosting PSG and simply have to have that cushion going into those two games. Ahead of their trip to Lens last weekend I wrote ..... These two met in the cup at a neutral venue 13 days ago, Lyon won 3-2, but that scoreline doesn't tell the full story, OL were three up inside 30 minutes and then switched to auto pilot, they are on fire in the league and have won their last five , scoring 16 goals. I am still not fully convinced by them, but one thing is certain and that is that they have bullied and bossed all the division's lesser lights they have met recently, scoring three or more goals in 7 of their last 8 starts against teams in the bottom 8. Lens have really lost their way , are playing progressively worse , teams have "worked them out" , they are in a real relegation battle and need to change things around, but today, missing ever present left back Ludovic Baal and captain and most experienced (defensive) midfielder Jerome Le Moigne to suspension, is not that day. The skipper will be missed they have lost three of the four games he has sat out this season and won just two of ten in his absence in L2 over the previous two seasons and one was, of course, a promotion campaign. The loss of Baal is just as big and will get the attention of whomever they go with on that flank . Upfront Lacazette and Fekir have 27 goals and 13 assists between them, which is double what the entire Lens team have managed (20 goals) and they are going to be greedily eyeing up this home defensive unit today. You could definitely hold on here for a better quote as Lens are at their strongest late in the game, they are an incredible 23-5 (goals scored- conceded) over the last 30 mins, 12-5 on the road and 14 of 15 (!!) away goals have come after the break ! Lens will be well aware that they lost the recent cup game before it had started and might come out fired up and very defensive, especially given the quality they are missing, looking to compensate. They won that 2-0 and now face another lowly side in Metz, who are 4th from bottom and struggled big time on the road, losing eight of 11 starts, conceding at the rate of 1.64 goals per game and have scored just three themselves, they are very defensive minded away from home , but once they concede, there is not much in terms of a plan B, by not much, I mean nothing ! Lyon were eliminated from the cup in midweek and I see that as a blessing in disguise, one, they are able to focus solely on the league and secondly, it might serve as a wake up call and when things are going well, perhaps too well, that is never a bad thing. I will take 1.5 units Lyon -1.5 goals 2.24 asian line/Sportmarket. Looking at the last 30 minutes of this game, OL are 11-0 (goals scored conceded) at home, Metz are 0-11 on the road. The visitors have tired the longer games go (it is harder playing without the ball !) and Lyon get progressively stronger, home and away, through the course of the game, scoring their L1 high 45 goals like this in a 30 minute split .....10-12-23 . Betting OL late is definitely an option, but on this occasion, I will stick with a standard bet. Lyon: A.Lopes, Gorgelin – Umtiti, Jallet, Bisevac, M.Dabo, Mboumbouni – Tolisso, Gonalons, Mvuemba, Ferri, Malbranque, Gourcuff, Ghezzal – Cornet, Benzia, Fekir, Lacazette. Metz: J.Carrasso, Oberhauser – Bussmann, Choplin, Marchal, Métanire, Milan, Palomino, Rivierez – Ikaunieks, Lejeune, Malouda, N’Daw, Ngbakoto, Philipps, B.Sarr – Falcon, Nsor.
