Jimmy2shoes
Six head for post in this maiden hurdle over the 3 miles, its a wide open affair and i feel only 3 if that will see out the trip, one i like is now in the hands of a new yard and will see out this trip no problem is the 5yr old gelding now with trainer M.Smith - this fella has been running in p2p races and in a race of this nature is no way out it. He would like the going a touch softer but the printed course going might not be that accurate, if he can get a toe in he could give the more favourable market runners a good test of stamina and a few of them are hardly reliable, cant say i've ever been a fan of the lad getting the leg up aka Mr Scudamore, but in all fairness he rides this Scottish track quite well, he actually has three good looking rides but i'll just side with him in Race 3' Trainer M.Smith hasn't had him long but still makes the trip for this only runner, he also won this race 12 months ago too. 13:30 Musselburgh - Masterleaderman. BillyHills
NH Racing ~ Friday 8th Nov 305 Musselburgh; Monetary Fund 3/1 bet365 Course winner (won this race) and Venetia Williams travels a long way with this one which ran much better than his finishing position last time out at Cheltenham behind Trackmate. I have a sneeky feeling that this race was the plan and his first run was just to put him spot on. I was in the paddock at Cheltenham and looked like a run would bring him on tons. The yard have started firing in the winners and none of hers can be ignored from now until xmas.
