Re: Communities League Cup > Tuesday October 29th St Johnstone to beat Morton 8/11 StanJames This game is on Wednesday night and although Morton saw off Celtic last round after extra time they are rooted to the bottom of the Scottish Championship having not won in their last 10 league games. St Johnstone beat the league leaders Hamilton Accies comfortably in the last round away from home and I'd expect them to proceed with ease again. They are good side and have a lot of quality going forward that should be far too strong for Morton. Stevie May has been impressive this term having spent time out on loan to the lower leagues the last 2 seasons but he's taking his goal scoring form into the SPFL and this game should be right up his street. Morton have lost 5 of their last 6 and were hammered 5-1 by fellow strugglers Cowdenbeath last week. I'd expect the price on St Johnstone to fall before Wednesday so the 8/11 on offer at the moment is good value.

St Johnstone had a good win over Motherwell yesterday and as already mentioned should take care of Morton. Celtic had an off night v Morton. Celtic had 25 shots v 3 by Morton and had 27 corners !!!!!!
