Re: England > Weekend > Skrill North & South Oct 19 Stockport County v Gloucester City Into the Skrill North now and I can’t resist backing my own team to get a much needed three points on Saturday. Granted Gloucester haven’t won in their last six league matches, but on the back of a 7-0 victory over Yate in the FA Cup on Wednesday night they will be confident going into this game. Stockport have really struggled so far this season and although they have won their last two league games, I don’t think victories over Worcester and Barrow really suggest they have turned a corner, especially as they were dumped out of the FA Cup last weekend by Rushall Olympic. Gloucester aren’t exactly a lump on job, but at BetVictor’s 7/2 they are certainly cracking value as Stockport really aren’t as good as the bookmakers think. Dover v Havant & Waterlooville The final bet of the weekend is the only Skrill South side I have seen in action this season, Havant. I watched the dire game that was Gloucester v Havant in the FA Cup three weeks ago and neither side exactly impressed me, but Havant have done pretty well since then. They lost the replay 3-2, but have won both league games since putting three past Maidenhead and four past Basingstoke last Saturday. They seem to be playing the best football they have played all season and they look a cracking bet to beat Dover. Dover have stopped the rot having won their last two league games, but they struggled to beat two poor sides in Bath and Dorchester and Havant will prove much sterner opposition. BetVictor’s 21/10 about an away victory makes plenty of appeal to me.

Re: England > Weekend > Skrill North & South Oct 19 Sutton United at home to Bromley (13/10 BetVics) Sutton have been doing very little to suggest that they are not serious challengers this season, with some sublime performances in recent weeks, with the Slabber/Taylor partnership working really well up front, and a defence that is looking better than Eastleigh's at the moment. Bromley might be second but they've had a very friendly set of fixtures thus far and there is some evidence that they won't last in the top five. It also won't help that they need to cut their cloth after the Heybridge defeat with a number of departures this week.

Re: England > Weekend > Skrill North & South Oct 19 I cant ignore north ferriby at telford at odds of almost 2-1, ferriby are still being underated by the bookies imo, they are the best team that my mate has seen this season(he has been to all hednesfords games home and away) the pressure is immense at telford where demanding fans expect to win every game for some reason and if ferriby can keep the crowd quiet early doors they can go on to win this
