The state of being in equilibrium

Re: The state of being in equilibrium Captain CeeBee 15.50 Tipperary 3 Pt Win @ 2.75 (BOG) CAPTAIN CEE BEE won this race 12 months ago and although he lacks the benefit of a recent run this time around, he's gone well fresh in the past and rates the one to beat on these terms even with his Grade 2 penalty. Midnight Game didn't progress as hoped last term but he possesses ability and Is no forlorn hope on his best form. C&D winner Foildubh is worth a market check now returning from a 162-day absence and is another worthy of shortlist inclusion.
