Re: Rest Of Matches > Thurs 21st February Jup, same thoughts here. Viktoria plzen full squad, home advantage, napoli playing for the title. No way they are gonna send a good squad over there. Definitely value on the home side here. I also fancy Benfica at home against Bayer leverkusen. They are a dominant force at home in europe and won away only 0-1. So there is plenty to play for. Bayer leverkusen is good on the counter but they have to attack, I think Benfica is too experienced here and will win this clash also due quality difference. Lazio at home should be too strong also but I don't know if they will face some fatigue problems because of tonights game against Siena in the serie A. Gladbach plays a huge game at home on sunday against Dortmund so maybe that will have any influence on their line-up. We will have to wait and see.

Re: Rest Of Matches > Thurs 21st February Rubin - Atletico Madrid Rubin save their goal in Madrid even that they played 45 minutes with 10 players. At group stage Inter,Nefci and Partizan nobody scored in Russia.I was watching Rubin couple of times and they know how to save their goals. They have great results from first leg and they will try to slow game as much as possible. For me this will be under 2.5 goals. Olympiacos-Levante Levante won first game 3-0 but Im pretty sure that score would be different if Olympiacos didnt play more then 60 minutes with 10 players. In Greece league they dont have any problems and they will be champions.Atposphere when they play at Pireus (Athens) is amazing and in group stage of champions league they allredy beat Arsenal and Monnpelier. Olympiacos win.

Re: Rest Of Matches > Thurs 21st February Everyone is focused on the Champions league but I see value in a few games here as well. Atletico madrid lost at home against a organised Kazan which surprised many people because they played with full squad. For the return, Madrid coach couldn't care less. They really wanna get a CL spot for the upcoming season so he left these players at home : Juanfran, Godín, Filipe Luis, Gabi, Tiago, Koke and Arda Turán. Diego Costa is suspended. With all these absences and away from home this will be a very hard game for atletico especially if they concede first. Value is definitely on the home side for me. Rubin has always been a good squad in the last several years winning against Barcelona for example. +0.5 is maybe the safest bet for Rubin but home win would not surprise me at all! Same for Napoli. they already lost 0-3 at home, big shocker. Now they will travel with a B squad. Probable formation will be NAPOLI 3-4-1-2 Rosati; Gamberini, Rolando, Grava; Mesto, Donadel, Dzemaili, Zuniga, El Kaddouri; Insigne, Calaiò With all due respect, I dont think Napoli will take this one serious and these 11 players will surely have some quality but Plzen at home will be too strong for them. Won every game at home this season in Europe also against Atletico madrid. Home advantage, weather advantage, motivation for the next round. Although they did not play competitive for a while we saw against Napoli that they are really sharp and fresh. Like I said earlier, if Napoli concedes first this game is over. I will surely try +0.5 and home win also.

Re: Rest Of Matches > Thurs 21st February It appears that Napoli have taken a full squad for this one (from football italia): Walter Mazzarri has named his Napoli squad to take on Viktoria Plzen, including Edinson Cavani, Lorenzo Insigne and Cristian Maggio. The Partenopei are practically out of the Europa League following a shock 3-0 home defeat in the first leg. With a game against Udinese coming up in Serie A, Mazzarri could be tempted to rest several stars. He has brought them along to the Czech Republic as part of a practically full squad. Napoli squad for Viktoria Plzen: De Sanctis, Rosati, Crispino, Britos, Campagnaro, Cannavaro, Gamberini, Grava, Rolando, Behrami, Donadel, Dzemaili, El Kaddouri, Hamsik, Inler, Maggio, Mesto, Zuniga, Calaiò, Cavani, Insigne, Pandev

Re: Rest Of Matches > Thurs 21st February Anzhi away to Hannover looks value to me. 3-1 win in Russia and they have a far better squad than the germans. Anzhi might not be the most defensively focused russian team and I think they'll go for a goal. Hannover has to go forward and with the likes of Willian, Etoo, Traore they will thrive on the counter-attack as well...

Re: Rest Of Matches > Thurs 21st February Rubin Kazan - Atletico Madrid This match will take place at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow on the artificial pitch. Advantage Rubin, in my opinion. The Atletico players did not show the right attitude in the first leg (0-2 loss) and I must believe they do not care much for the Europa League this season. D Costa, Juanfran, F Luis, Gabi, Tiago, Koke, A Turan and Godin, all regulars, and they probably put the second goalkeeper like thay do in EL. Rubin DNB 8/10

Re: Rest Of Matches > Thurs 21st February

Napoli will rest several players for this one. They won't show a phenomenal performance and achieve the next round. Winning the league is more important to them.
Mazzarri and our society don't want to win this competition. We're 2nd in the italian league and we prefer to fight against Juventus for that title.

I watched all games of leverkusen in bundesliga and believe me, if they want, they can play very well. The first match in leverrkusen between them, bayer was very weak. With schürrle and kiessling they have excellent attacking-players. They have beaten bayern munich (just for example) In munich! And generally i see leverkusen more strong away. I will go with draw or leverkusen @ 1,85 local bookie

Re: Rest Of Matches > Thurs 21st February I fancy stuttgart to qualify against genk. Stuttgart dominated the first leg and genk was very lucky to score in the 92th minute due to an individuell mistake of stuttgart. Last week stuttgart won an important game against hoffenheim in german bundesliga and i think that their crisis is finished now. Generally stuutagart has a stronger team in my opinion. They will concentrate in el-league because in the bundesliga it will be very hard for them to reach something.

Re: Rest Of Matches > Thurs 21st February Olympiacos vs Levante Levante won comfortably the first leg in Spain, 3-0. However, they were given 2 penalties and an Olympiacos player was sent off during the first half. The team from Piraeus have a 16 point advantage in the domestic league and will focus their attention to Europa League and the Greek Cup. The manager of the team is Michel, former Spanish international, is also keen to prove himself against his countrymen. Olympiacos are doing well vs Spanish teams at home, W5, D6, 1L and the majority of the games were in CL. I also believe that the support from the home fans will further motivate the Greek team. On the other hand, Levante are not in a good run. The team is at 9th place in the league, with only 1W and 5L in their last 7 domestic league and cup games. I can imagine, that some of their main players will be rested for their home game vs Osasusna during the weekend. Olympiakos to win at 1.75 with Bet365 Olympiakos -1 at 2.250 with Bet365

Re: Rest Of Matches > Thurs 21st February Two overs for me today. Hannover vs Anzhi and Benfica vs. Leverkusen seems to be clear shots for some profit. Generally Hannover is an overs team this season, if Anzhi catches them on the counter attack, then there will be more than 2 goals in the game. The other game, Leverkusen simply has to attack in order, to qualify, and when they attack they score, last game the weather was terrible and did not allow for an open game. Now Portugal is something different because even if it rains the wind is not as cold and allows players to play their game .... I was looking at Basel, but dont like them, without Streller. Further I want to warn that Gladbach are not the offensive team they are at home, their game with Lazio will not be as nearly entertaining as the last one they playes in Germany, but that is what I think. Lazio will show teeth, since they were kickin it against Siena the other day. So for me over 2.5 on both games with german teams involved Hannover vs. Anzhi and Benfica vs. Leverkusen.

Re: Rest Of Matches > Thurs 21st February Rubin Kazan - Atletico Madrid Atletico They lost some surprising to 10men in Madrid and i think they have accepted that the chances to go truh now is slim and will rather protect their strong league possition in the Primera. In the 18player squad sent to Russia it is 7 under 21`s players and has left several key players home in Madrid. Rubin: They are yet to loose in this years Europe League and ha won all their matches at home including a 3-0 win over Inter Milan. Rubin has a fit squad and is only missing Roman Shoronov to a red card. My bet: The forecast is that it will come down to negativ 10celsius(!) in Russia tonight and i am having problems seeing a young Atletico taking the win in this against a strong home team. Rubin Kazan +0.5 - 1,55 @Betfair /S

Re: Rest Of Matches > Thurs 21st February

Does somebody have some news about the game bordeaux-kiew? As i remember bordeaux lost last homegame against lyon 0:4. in my opinion kiew has the stonger team but bordeaux reached a 1:1 in kiew.
Bordeaux could have lost by a big margin but they were lucky. I think they will keep things tight tonight as they are normally a tough nut to crack. Unders would be my call here.

:welcome to PL... Not sure you've had a welcome yet! Goodluck with your bets' date=' but although I can see short reasoning, we do require greater expansion as to why you think those bets are worth taking :ok[/quote'] Bordeaux dominated in Kiev, how I saw the match they won't lose them in Bordeaux, they also play with A-squad. Hannover needs to attack, but Anzhi has a great defence, they can play perfectly on counter with the quick and small Boussoufa on midfield, one of the fastest players of Europe Carcela and fantastic forward Eto'o. Plzen and Kazan dominated Napoli and Atletico in the away match so I don't think Atletico and Napoli will win their away matches with B-squad. BTW: Genk is not playing with Vossen but with Plet, also a good forward, he is the one who scored the 1-1 in Stuttgart. But I won't bet on this match beceause Genk don't have a good defence. Only bet extra is Inter to score first @ 20/21, they had really good first twenty minutes and defenced very good.
