Tourney cancelled of course so decided to ring support to ask them to extend the date on my token due to tourneys not running, and also mentioned that it wasn't giving me the option of using it anyway. Support guy said he couldn't do anything himself but would email the query through, so I'll see if I get any response tomorrow. (Reading through some of the threads here, looks like there may be an issue with tokens generally on iPoker skins)

Couldn't use my GUKPT token early last week as the tourny was only accepting cash and ignoring the token. Finally corrected after I spoke to support, then when I went to register it again disappeared from the options. Finally allowed me to register 2 mins before tourny started. Clearly a software fault on several of the ipoker skins.

I regd OK with token only to find that I then had no tokens left in my account (yesteday I had one due to expire today and one in March). Unregd to check what token it gave me back and it was the March one. So my Jan one has disappeared a day early. Played the game anyway as intended but had too many other games running and not concentrating properly on any of them so went out before the add on and decided not to bother buying a rebuy. Unlucky Bart too, who went out 3rd missing out on the seat and cash consolation. Will have to email Grosvenor now to reclaim my missing ticket. Oh, by the way Bart, checked the structure for the freezeout and it's much better so worth trying to get there I think. :ok

Just looked it up on GUKPT site, and it seems to have changed to a £500 event with a £50k guarantee now? I was thinking of using my seat there, but now it seems if I dont go to London, which I'm unlikely to make, i cant use the seat until october? Or would it be possible to split and use for 2 x £500 events? October is a long way off!

Unfortunately our main contact point has changed and not entirely sure who is now looking after the tour. Previous contact is happy to forward emails on though so will try and find out. Seems to be mixed messages coming out at the moment, but early yet as tour dates only recently released. As you prob gathered from last night, I'm also trying to ascertain a few other details such as: * Will there be any satellites for the £550 main events as everything in the lobby appears at the moment to be geared towards the £1k mains * Will there be a 10% online series and online league as in previous seasons? * Putting forward suggested changes to existing (turbo rebuy) sats as personally feel these are currently counter-productive and a slight reformating of the structure would generate more interest in the tour. Grosvenors own self defined "freezeout" route seems to currently start with 2x turbo rebuy rounds and only becomes freezeout at the rather high £162 level. Although there is also a £27 turbo freezeout in the lobby. * Had also wondered if possible to split £1,070 seats into two £550's and whether there would be a process in place to pay the additional £30 from existing accounts. I'm happy to add in your queries on Manchester legs etc and will be sending the email later on today and/or tomorrow. If anyone else has any questions on the tour dates, satellites etc and/or constructive suggestions please reply here or pm me asap and i'll try to put everything in a single correspondence.
