good system! would it be possible to make it with 2 bankers and say 5/6 other teams to make the odds higher so then less has to be staked or will the extra bets to cover all the outcomes mean that it wont make any difference on the profit?

Both realy perring1,the extra bets would make it difficult to turn a profit + the odds of success would decrease dramatically I feel...I cant even get past 4 right...lol. Hi Maxi just saw this post this evening. I have been trying something like this recently where I pick 6 games (3 Wins, 2 Win/Draws or Double Chance and 1 all three results) and do 12 £1 Sixfolds. I have had a bit of luck  with it and have hit the post a couple of times. I am going to try and pick the 6 Scottish Premier matches every weekend for the season and like yourself I am going to use the ELO ratings.

Will follow you and see how it goes for you. I did one this evening and actually picked three of the games you picked.

Bad day at the EU office and I watched the game between Chelsea and Burnley and it seemed to me that Chelsea lost their discipline after the first sending off. Always a physical game against Burnley and they got under their skin and it worked. No worries.

Away seems to be winning OK but the home always lets us down. Because it's the start of the season I think I will be a bit more conservative with the selections and use my own thoughts rather than just the ELO page.

Hi Maxi good luck today with your bets but just something I noticed (hopefully I am wrong) about your table/calculations.

The above table will only show a profit of 76 not 100.

In col 1 if you stake 8.46 at the above odds you will return 100 for a profit of 91.54 but you have also bet another 16.47 in the other 7 columns which will now give you a total profit of 75.07.

If I am right I think you need to use the formula:  Stake X (odds -1) = Potential Profit

So for the above in col 1 it would read:  

Stake X (11.81 - 1) = 100

So; Stake = 100/10.81 

which would mean your stake should be 9.25 for col 1 (and similarly across the columns)

This still does not take in the losses of the other 7 losing columns, not too sure how you would factor those losses in to get 100 profit. Hope this is helpful in some way.

Hi XTC 12, yes it is of course returns and not profit, I was going to change it to returns the other week but I honestly didn't think anyone was reading it..lol. I have renamed it in the spreadsheet so it should say returns from now on..Cheers and hope you are going strong on your thread also.
