What a fantastic race this is. Excelebration, Moonlight Cloud, Cityscape, Most Improved, Fallen For you, Elusive Kate, Golden Lilac, Immortal Verse, Caspar Netscher, Tin Horse and Indomito. Paddy Power are the only ones to have price this up. Does anyone think that Cityscape is ridiculously priced at 12/1? Excelebration is 2/1 but a bit short for me given we have no real angle on how he has come on as a four year old. There are question marks over the trip for Moonlight Cloud. Fallen For You was flattered at Ascot in my opinion and the race had all the looks of one where the held-up horses were at a big advantage. Golden Lilac doesn't look that comfortable over a mile. Most Improved is unexposed but the three year olds are weak this year and he only just held on in a moderate St James Palace. 12/1 does look fair however. Immortal Verse also looks value at 16/1, clearly needing the run last time out but is well held by Excelebration on best form and maybe flattered by beating a regressing Goldikova last year. Caspar, Tin Horse and Indomito are outclassed. Elusive Kate is improving but at 13/2 isn't much value, especially given she had the total run of the race last time out. Cityscape, who never runs a bad race, looks huge at 12/1. Cruising in the Eclipse but didn't stay. A mile is his trip. Thoughts?
