Re: England > Weekend > BlueSQ Bet North & South Apr 14 I've taken advantage of the drift in Workington's price to 2/1 at Bet365. They're five unbeaten and played well enough at home to Colwyn Bay last Monday to suggest they are rather better than a good slice of relegation-battlers at the wrong end of the table. Corby Town's home form has been terrible - one win in 11 (their only points). And though they won 4-1 at Eastwood last time out, that was par of the course against such a poor side. Before that, they'd bagged one win and one draw in nine. I make this a very even game, and I can see some value in the 2/1. Staines Town at 11/8 with VCBet is another drifter that has come on to the radar. Staines on the road is a different story to the team that play at home, and they've bagged three wins in the last five. There's nothing particularly wrong with Dorchester at home, and they can reflect on a magnificent season, but they looked a little lightweight without Tom Nichols against Truro.

Re: England > Weekend > BlueSQ Bet North & South Apr 14 Corby v Workington The proof that the Blue Square North has been very hard to predict this season comes from the fact that any one of ten teams are battling it out to avoid the one remaining relegation spot. These two sides are in that group, but as I have been pointing out plenty of times recently, Corby have to be opposed at home. They lost again last Saturday when I tipped up Gloucester City and as I pointed out then their win at home to Colwyn Bay is worthless form given that side’s woeful run. They also won on Monday but that was only against the league’s whipping boys Eastwood. Workington are unbeaten in five now and seem to be moving up the table nicely. A win for either side will see them safe for another season and with Workington in much better form they look worth backing at Sportingbet’s 2/1. Solihull Moors v Nuneaton Nuneaton have been deducted six points which initially took them out of the play-offs, but with three straight wins, coupled with the fact their rivals keep dropping points, they find themselves back in the mix. Nuneaton have been in superb form over the past few weeks bar one shocker against Stalybridge when they lost 4-1. They have looked especially good since the deduction was announced and I fancy them pretty strongly here. Solihull’s form is looking dodgy at the moment as it is now five games without a win and they blew a two goal lead to lose 3-2 to Vauxhall Motors last Saturday. William Hill and BetVictor are both 21/20 about an away win and in my view Nuneaton should be odds on to gain three more points.
