225 Lingfield – Avon Valley – 9/2 BOG Ladbrokes Bit keen this evening but I can’t see anything for Saturday and I think the Bookies have got the price wrong. I do think this horse is best suited to a strongly run 5f but I’m hoping he lasts home today having been given what I thought was a poor ride last time. Robbie Fitzpatrick must have thought he was on Arazi last time, slicing through the field in rapid time and then running out of energy towards the finish. Stable in form and he has won off 69 before – 52 today and due to go up 2lbs. Drawn 6 but is generally held up anyway. Goblin is 11/4 which looks very short considering he is a maiden and there must be a possibility that he is better served by Southwell. Do More Business appears the main danger to me.
