Aykay1 Posted January 20, 2005 Share Posted January 20, 2005 Little Ridge @ 11/4 Stan James each way bet Little Ridges trip is undoubtedly 5 furlongs with his form reading 61113552 over that distance compared to 30000 over other distances. Ignore one of the 5th placed efforts over 5f as he was repeated ly stopped in hios run when trying to challenge for the race. The 6th place was only his 2nd race ever and ran green. which leaves us with only one average effort over 5 furlongs. Its true to say he has only won on turf which is a slight concern but he certainly caught the eye last time out, over todays course and distance, finishing 2nd to an in form horse who has since won again.
