When are they going to sort this mess out! At Chepstow just now (7:00) a horse gets withdrawn (quite rightly so) but no communication between R W Mann, V W Jordan (the starters) and the stewards box, so no-one knew if the horse withdrawn or declared a non-runner as a result a 55p in the pound deduction, surely something must be done to rectify this

Tabby, I dont understand this comment, i never saw the race so cant comment but if a horse is withdrawn then its automatically a non runner, so whats the complaint you are making?
