Wants to improve cash game

I have started a few threads on PL to do with cash and they all seem to crash and burn. I do feel at times my general play is quite good but then get battered. I am now running PT 3 to analyse my play. So far I have played 535 hand playing 10c BB. I am down $30. Now all good poker players have to look at there losing hands and decide where they went wong and this is the purpose of this thread. Where the fook did I go wrong. I am not saying this is a bad beat thread just want help understanding where I am going wrong.

Re: Wants to improve cash game Hand 1 then. I limp in holding a small pair. When I hit trips I am happy obviously. My initial thoughts are to check and reraise with so many callers but when someone before me raises I am happy to call. It was an easy call on the turn. Should I have reraised on the flop?
