The last time Southampton lost 4 straight EPL matches was in 2014
Southampton are winless in last 3 EPL matches - This EPL season alone they have encountered twice 4-match winless streak (matchday 1, 2, 3, 4 and matchday 9, 10, 11, 12)
Only Swansea, Hull, Arsenal and Man City managed to get some points from Turf Moor this season
-
Tottenham on a 6 straight win streak in all competitions
Tottenham on a 5 straight win streak in their last 5 PL home matches
West Brom have not lost by 2 goals or more in all of their PL away matches this season
Tottenham have not won at White Hart Lane against West Brom since 2012
Since returning to EPL in 2010-11 season, West Brom have won only once against Spurs, losing 4 and drawing 8

Crystal Palace vs Swansea
I believe that this would be one of the best opportunities for Palace to bounce back and at least have a breather. H2H wise, Palace is at the disadvantage, though...
Some very far-stretched stats:
Big Sam's H2H against Swansea - 9W 2D 2L
3W 2D 2L - His record for every 3rd league match he is in charge for the last 7 teams he managed
-
Any ideas for Watford vs Palace ?
Pardew has been sacked, can Big Sam produce magic in his 1st match ?
Hmm...The last 5 clubs he managed (Sunderland, West Ham, Blackburn, Newcastle, Bolton) he only won his opening matches on 2 occasions. Make it 3 if you count the one and only England match he led...
Took a look at his H2H stats against Watford - 5W 2D 2L against Watford (with Bolton, West Ham, Sunderland)
-
Taking a look at Tony Pulis all-time records against Man Utd:
With Stoke City - P10 W0 D1 L9, 5 scored 25 conceded
With Crystal Palace - P1 W0 D0 L1, 0 scored 2 conceded
With West Brom - P1 W1 D0 L0, 1 scored 0 conceded
Interesting to note that WBA had a very poor H2H against Man Utd when Alex Ferguson was in charge. Both sides met 6 times since AF retired and WBA won 3, draw 2 and lost only once, as compared with 12 losses and 3 draws when Man Utd was under AF
-
May be another good opportunity for West Ham to capture a win against Hull. The latter's away form is beyond cure from the looks of it.
-
Middlesbrough vs Liverpool
Stats:
Middlesbrough lost by more than 1 goal just once in their last 15 PL matches
Middlesbrough have not lost by more than 1 goal in their last 7 home PL matches
Liverpool only won by more than 1 goal just once in their last 8 away PL matches
-
AFC Bournemouth has never won a match against Liverpool in all competitions
Liverpool has conceded in all of their away matches this season except for 1
May have some surprise
-
Burnley's away form has been real poor - 1 scored 13 conceded
Stoke aren't keeping clean sheets these days
BTTS YES ?
-
The slump in the form for Crystal Palace is scary - And now they are dangerously close to the relegation zone. Pardew must response something here.
-
Dortmund vs Monchengladbach - world's apart
Dortmund HOME P6 4W 2D 0L 13 scored 3 conceded
Monchengladbach AWAY P5 0W 1D 4L 2 scored 13 conceded
BTTS NO ?
-
For a moment I am thinking if I have overlooked something.
Sevilla 3rd in the table against Granada last in the table, still winless with only 5 draws, yet hdp is only -0.75 from Sevilla
Seems strange given the gap between both sides, may not be a win for Sevilla.
-
Barcelona match is interesting. They have not been able to win at Anoeta for nearly 10 years.
4 straight wins for Real Sociedad - top form for them now.
Barcelona has scored in all of its 6 away matches but kept only 2 clean sheets
Sociedad has scored in 5 of their 6 home matches and kept 3 clean sheets
I will pick BTTS yes
-
Insane results from Swansea
-
Well, I can't see anything nice to bet this week so I will probably skip EPL this week
-
Celta Vigo has seen over 2.5 for 5 of their last 6 home matches
Granada has seen over 2.5 for 4 of their last 6 away matches
-
Only 2 away teams have managed to score against Cologne - BTTS no if you want to try
I will go for a simple win for Cologne
-
Torino is pretty good in their home matches this season - Should be a win for them against Chievo
Genoa at home has conceded only 3 goals so far - How about Genoa hdp +0.75 or +1 ?
-
Chievo win/draw double chance - Cagliari's away form pretty bad, conceding 19 goals and their away goal difference (-13) is the worst among the other teams in Serie A
Chievo may be able to avoid a defeat here
-
Moving on, I still think Mainz match should be over goals, BTTS may be also a good option here too.
Also, Freiburg usually do not have a clean sheet in their away matches. -
What do you guys think of a Stoke win against Bournemouth ? Any opinions ?

8 hours ago, Sir Puntalot said:
Valencia 1.30? You'd have to be on some serious medication to take that. They'll probably win, but they have a lot of improving to do and there are much stronger bets at 1.30 than Valencia that's for sure.
Indeed indeed
I think Sporting Gijon win/draw double chance looks good
-
My guess is it is time for Leipzig to suffer a defeat against Leverkusen.
Mainz vs Freiburg - Possible over 2.5 or over 2.75 ? Both sides only recorded 2 matches with less than 3 goals this season in Bundesliga.
-
Valencia to win this time round - Should be no mistakes, but I am quite concerned with their weak home form. Hopefully no heartbreaking surprises from them against bottom-table Granada
Sporting Gijon - I am surprised to see Sociedad -0.25 based on their recent performance this season. Thought it should be more than that. I will be wary of this match too.

Preston North End vs Brighton
Brighton have not lost in their last 18 league matches, they are the hot favourites for this match
But the odds seems otherwise. Hmm...
