Lord North came up short on his seasonal debut in this race last year but this time round there is no Alenquer in the race so I would expect him to take this before going on to bigger challenges, currently 4/5 at the books and 1.86 on the exchanges, 2.05 Lingfield................Won nice and easy
Its never easy to predict the outcome of Mullins horses when he has more than one fancied runner in a race. Tomorrow in the Bobbyo Chase at 3.55 he saddles both Kemboy and Carefuly Selected, the latter did me a favour last time and I;m sticking with him, he ran a lovely race in the Thyestes last time out, just winning but giving a stone to the runner up was no mean feat, the 4th home that day Coko Beach came out and won a Grand National trial. Carefully Selected is currently 10/3 and on the drift and 4.9 on the exchanges......................picked the wrong one ☹️

Annsam won here at kemp lto and that looked like a horse ahead of the hcapper ..bobhope is better than bare form suggests ....bookies have him overpriced so goid value ew ....frodon is a class horse ...always dangerous but I have a feeling he's best on fast ground and saint calvados this trip is at the extreme of his staying ....Good opportunity for annsam to take a big prize...I'll go

Just a,quick one today .....looking through the races POP DANCER stands out as a value bet ....lots of dangers ..Glorious rio etc .....but pop dancer shouldn't be 12/1...that looks vastly overpriced .... so I'll try 5pt ew and hope he runs well 

Value hunting is a tough game ...just look at price wise and his 33 losers on trot sometimes .....but 1 or 2 winners you can back on easy Street in no time ....!!

A Class 3 Handicap should be well within the range of Hickory on the all weather at Southwell tomorrow, 3.35 race. A winner of all three of his starts to date and quite impressively too, especially so his most recent win over this distance at Kempton 71 days ago. He wont that day by less than a length but his win was a very cosy one and could have been further if needed. Giving a stone to a 73 rated horse that day and the manner of the victory says to me that he is still ahead of the handicpper of his new mark of 87. Couple his form along with the stable form of Fanshawe, 4 winners form his last 7 runers and the current price of 7/4 at the books or 3.1 on the exchanges looks very fair to me.............poor effort, finished fourth.
