    4pts B.Woollaston -3.5 frames to beat C.Wakelin Evens Skybet
I'm going with Woollaston again this week and I think he has a great shot of qualifying. These two have played once in which Ben won with a deciding frame, however at the main event I expect the far more experienced Woollaston see this through with not too much effort. Id imagine a 10-5 / 10-6 here at worst.

    6pts M.Baghdatis -2.5 games to beat B.Becker 4/6 Skybet
Big difference in quality between these two. Baghdatis is a top 40 player who had a fantastic Dubai, getting to the final and beating the likes of Lopez and an in-form Agut, where as Becker is losing Challenger matches against players like 201st ranked Krstin & 167th ranked Tiafoe. 3 head-2-head matches between these two all won by Baghdatis. I fancy this 2-0 but I'll take the games to be sure.

Back Sara Errani to beat Naomi Osaka for a 7/10 stake at 1.67 with Boylesports
I fancy Sara Errani to beat Osaka today. Odds >1.6 is good, I'd take the bet down to 1.5-1.55.
Errani enjoys Miami https://www.facebook.com/saraerraniofficial - and she was in the QF here only a few years ago; lost to Sharapova after beating good players (Hantuchova, Halep, Ivanovic). She is in-form now (won Dubai a few weeks ago) and a bit of medicore play in recent tournaments after winning has helped increasing the odds for today's match, I think.
Osaka defeated Paszek (1st round Indian Wells) and Parmentier (1st round here in Miami) only barely, and even if she is a great talent (18 yrs old) with a lot of great wins to come, I think she is a good matchup for Errani today. Osaka's big serve and heavy play doesn't give her as much in humid and warm Miami as it does many other places. Miami is even better climate for Errani than Dubai, and I think she is the winner today. The odds on offer are too good to ignore.

    4pts D.Junhui -1.5 frames to beat B.Hawkins Evens
I think the way Ding is playing he looks sure to make the final. I don't see Hawkins making more than 2 frames. Ding has a good recent record against Hawkins beating him in the there last 3 encounters. Hawkins has pretty much stumbled his way through here and although Id love to see him go through here, realistically, I don't see him getting close to Ding.
Ricky Walden and Ali Carter is for me close to a coin toss so I'm leaving that alone but both players are in hot form right now. Id edge toward Ali Carter but I'll let that one ride and look forward to the evening sessions.

    2.5pts R.Walden to beat M.Fu 6/5 Skybet
Walden was hitting the ball perfectly in his previous round and if he continues that form I see him winning here tonight. Head-2-head reads Fu dominating Walden with 5 wins to 1 but I can see Walden pushing Fu close tonight.

Ding wins easily enough 4-0. Great chance for Ding now as Trump is our first real casualty of the big names. Although I'm tempted with Woollastons price tonight I'll leave that alone as I have him on the outright and instead I'll take a handicap on Murphy that looks a great chance of hitting
    5pts S.Murphy -1.5 frames to beat D.Dale 13/20 Sportingbet Bet365
    2pts S.Murphy -2.5 frames to beat D.Dale 6/4 WillHill
Just looks a near on cert for me. I'll be taking the -2.5 also at 6/4 with William Hill as I think this match could go along the same lines as the Ding match earlier on and it end 4-0/4-1.

Rubbish from Higginson. I'm taking 4pts R.Day to beat K.Wilson Evens Skybet. Day is in good form losing out to Wilson in the Quarter-final recently in the German Masters. But, Day holds a 3-1 head-2-head and he was 3-1 up against Wilson when he lost that QF 4-3, so I'm siding with Day.
I'm also taking the accy tonight which is 1.5pts MILKINS / WILLIAMS / WALDEN 100/30 Skybet

2pts E/W M.Allen to win the Players Championship 10/1 Paddypower
1pt E/W B.Woollaston to win the Players Championship 66/1 Skybet
Very small format so anything can happen really but I'm taking the form man Mark Allen who got to the Semi-Final of the Welsh Open recently. He lost there to Robertson but he has no worries of Robbo here as he isn't part of the tournament, nor is eventual winner of that event, Ronnie or Selby so a real chance for a big price to spring a suprise. I also am going for a small punt on Woollaston. Hawkins also looks a good shout but I'll stick with the two.

    2pts Skyboost special accy - DING(gilbert)  / FU(mcmanus) & MURPHY(wenbo) 7/4 Skybet
I like the look of this. Ding is in abit of form and will want to keep that going before going into the China Open. Fu and Murphy you would expect to be able to get through there ties also.

    5pts N.Broady to beat C.Buyukakcay 2-0 5/4 Skybet
Broady had a poor start to 2015,  but since the Washington DC event, where she got to the last 16 she has been improving. By the end of 2015 she had won a challenger event on the hard court. At the start of this year she has already gone deep at Auckland, getting to the Quarter-finals. At the Australian Open she let herself down somewhat, losing to Lim in 3 sets. Since then she has got to a semi-final at Maui, won the Midland event and got to the semi-final of Kuala Lumpur. Along the way this year she has beaten players like Lisicki, Brengle, Rybarikova, Ostapenko and Ana Ivanovic in straight sets.
She is at her career highest ranking 80th and this is a perfect event for her to get some more WTA points as she hasn't competed here since 2012.
Her opponent, Buyukakcay a similar story in the sense a poor start to 2015 until she won the Batumi event. After a stumble she then also won the Dubai event and got to the final of Ankara. The difference is, her best win was probably against Dulgheru ranked 57th at Dubai and the majority of her wins have been against poor players whilst she has quite regularly lost to players 200+ ranked.
Much like Broady she is in better form at the start of this year and also finds herself at her best ranking of 121nd. She has beaten Siegemund, Hradecka and Safarova already this season.
Head-2-head shows one match won in straight sets by Broady, at the French Open (on the clay) which may show she enjoys the match-up. I see her using her serve well here which is her biggest strength to keep hold and allow her to attack her opponents service games. She managed 9 aces in that French Open match, where as Bayukakcay hasn't managed even 6 aces in her last 6 matches combined.

    Karatancheva - Rogers 3.05 Pinnacle

H2H is for Rogers, who won twice over Karatancheva. They are pretty much on the same level. The difference is that Sesil has to defend very important points for reaching the second round last year. Rogers was lucky last week in IW against Duque-Marino. I expect here three set battle with many breaks.

4pts tie break in match? No for the raonic vs Monfils match 11/8 skybet
Expect raonic to win in straight sets here.  Monfils may beat the weaker players through being an athlete but ultimately if you look at who he has played there all pretty average clay courters.  Instead of taking the 2-0 I will go for no tie break as I think milos has it in him to break Monfils a few times atleast

well that could and should of been alot better than it was. Van Gerwen bet was 3 darts away from winning and it ends a draw.

    Glasgow tonight.
    2pts G.Anderson -2.5 to beat A.Lewis 6/4 Bet365
    2pts G.Anderson to win the match / get most 180s / Highest Checkout Vs A.Lewis 4/1 Skybet
I initially was looking to back Lewis here but then the more I looked into it the more I changed my mind. Yes, Gary is looking not at his best and yes, Lewis won the last match between these two. However, Gary has won 3 of the last 4 and has smashed Aidy in the last 3 premier league matches (7-4, 7-1, 7-3). Also, ofcourse we're in Scotland and I'm not sure Aidy performs too well with the crowd against him on the doubles. In Scotland over the last 2 years, Anderson has won 3 and drew 1 and last year here when beating Chizzy 7-5 he got a 108.22 average. Lewis, on the other hand has played 4 in Scotland last 2 years and won just 1 against Bunting last year who was largely a fish out of water in his first year. Last year, in Aberdeen these two met and Gary won 7-4 but interestingly with a lower average (which perhaps points to Aidys doubling when under pressure)
4pts J.Wade to win the match & get the highest checkout 5/4 Skybet
I fancy Wade to win here. Thornton is really struggling and Wade is a true grinder. Head-2-head in the Premier League shows 3 matches played and all won by Wade. Another big aspect in Wade so far in this Premier is his checkouts. Every week we're seeing him hit over 104 averages and so this really looks a nice price. I'm also going on the win/180/checkout bet like the Anderson one but I wont tip that as Thornton does have a knack of hitting 180s now and again.
4pts M.Van Gerwen to win the match & get the most 180s Vs P.Taylor 5/4 Skybet
I think Van Gerwen is just in Phils head right now. Even in the P/Champs when Taylor had a dart for 5-1 you just knew that Van Gerwen would come back. I see Van Gerwen winning again here and you'd think that almost certainly he'd get more 180s too so this bet just seems the obvious choice
    2pts P. Wright to beat G.Anderson 9/4 Sportingbet
I will end the night with a small punt on Peter Wright. Scots against eachother should be an interesting end to the night and Peter Wright beat Anderson last time they played. In the Premier League it's a mixed bag really (2-1 Gary) but this bet mainly comes from a feeling. Wright has been playing well last few weeks and hitting high averages and still losing and also this match is very important for him because a loss would put him outside the top 4 I believe.

2pts Accy - Wade, Van Gerwen and Chizzy to win - 9/2 Skybet boost
