Somehow out of the 30+ units I risked on future events .. The only one I mistakenly cannot find a wager on is Yafan Wang .. the only player left with a chance.. I literally wagered on 15 different players including Wang .. and mysteriously I cannot find the pending bet slip in my account .. I remember clearly that it payed a good amount also
-
Easily the most nervewrecking tennis match I've ever watched in my life. Monfils played so much better than I thought he was going to, and Stefanos did also.
-
No , I'm not on Federer .. I don't bet those type of bets
-
I usually am on the side of betting against Federer, and I've lost before doing this a few times atleast.. Don't forget this is Federer's home.. He lives in Dubai if I remember correctly.. I think you will need a bigger effort than someone of Marton fucsovic's ability.. I am hoping Coric can pull it off in the next round, but I'm very uncertain of that now as well.

I'm also wondering what's going on with a certain Jannik Sinner right now. I haven't really been paying attention to him until last week, when he swept a Challenger tournament as a massive underdog, winning 5 matches as an underdog and the finals as the favorite, very decent opposition as well. Crazy what home conditions can do sometimes and considering which guys he was losing to before that tournament happened.
He's a massive talent maybe.. I watched some of the match vs Lamasine.. I tried a punt on Lamasine, and Sinner was hitting exceptional shots.. The video was not real clear, and I'm uncertain of his strength and fitness level but he seems to be a shotmaker. The Italians are having a strong run in tennis right now with a very deep roster of talented players of all ages on the mens side... I have yet to determine the women, but I have seen quite a few on the rankings.

@Torque You have to decide for yourself what is right , but I don't see it happening .. If you watched the Fucsovics match this morning, and you thought he was spectacular .. maybe I might change my mind on this , but we haven't had a single person come in here and analyze the match vs Struff yet.. So we are only going based on the scoreline, and Beating Struff does not convince me

My two cents on Federer v Fucsovics is that Fucsovics will never have a better chance to score a big win. Even if he goes a set down, he'll know he's still in it as Federer isn't closing out matches in straight sets with any kind of regularity at all. On top of that, Fucsovics took a set against Djokovic earlier in the season so a set against Federer must be a possibility and if it does go to three sets then who knows who takes the W. Kohli and Verdasco might have both fallen away but much of that probably has to do with all the losses they've suffered against Federer down the years. Fucsovics doesn't carry those kind of scars which could make him dangerous if he is able to be competitive in the same way Kohli and Verdasco were.
Kohlschrieber and Verdasco are both more accomplished players than fucsovics. We also know that sometimes Roger can struggle with lefties like Nadal.. I think that's the excuse for Verdasco to take a set off him
-
@CzechPunter I removed the like from the earlier post on Fucsovics .. I changed my mind, and I don't want to mislead people... I'm looking for other options right now
-
I've seen enough to determine from the match Vs Verdasco that Roger is looking good enough to make a championship run.. That doesn't bode well for our predictions of Coric and Fucsovics +4.5 games.. I'd be careful with that , and I'm going to be as well... AT this point I believe that Berankis or Hurkacz may be a safer try in Dubai tomorrow
-
The scoreline can sometimes look conveniently convincing because Struff was not playing well , and Marton has an advantage on the baseline vs him. Vs Roger that advantage is switched, and by a wider margin.. Question only if roger's fitness is up to the match which is hard to say unless we have someone who watched the match. I've had a tough time deciding when to lay him , and I will review some tapes.
-
@CzechPunter I also reckon there might be a sizable chance with the man known as Berankis vs Monfils .. He's having quite a tournament so far, and it would seem as though Gael's wheels are running out of gas... He didn't look at top form vs Marcos today.. I didn't see the Federer match.. Did anybody see it ?
-
@CzechPunter I think I'd fancy Marton Fucsovics winning outright over Roger before I take a punt on Lopez or Ferrer..
-
I believe David ferrer or Feliciano López has a chance any feedback from you guys
-
Fortunately I jumped on Hurkacz as a substitute for Gerasimov .. I'm unsure on Egor , but I did very well with Hurkacz .. Thanks for your help guys.
-
Great , thats very important information , also Nishikori looks a bit gassed to me as well for the record but he is running quite fast .. so, I don't know what to think of that.. But it might be just enough to help me out either way .. ok i take break .. bbl
-
I feel that Gerasimov or Hurkacz can win today .. I can't decide which one .. its very frustrating.. I'm taking 30 minute break .. hope you guys can help
-
@South_African_Punter or anybody else awake ?.. what do you think the chances of Gerasimov are today .. he's beating quality opponents, and I believe that Stefanos might be gassed out. @four-leaf did you see how well berankis was playing yesterday.. kudla may have only won because of poor form opponent

Awe frick. I'm an idiot....
well.. Jarry is probably a bust then. Isner outside the US is always a good fade imo. I assumed it was clay court.
still there was some value on Jarry .. covered the games by a country mile.. it was a good pick on him depending on how u look at it ..was also confused by that match
-
bobix , this acapulco tournament was changed from clay to hard court a few years ago .. Funny that you mentioned that !
-
Czech we had Berankis nailed ..Maybe next time time we'll take a big one down again .. I remember when we were all on Melzer last year in Vienna.. That was easy money

49-102 +87.2 units
Borna Coric to win Dubai @ odds 10 with Bet365 - 10 units
Stan Wawrinka to win Acapulco @ odds 11 with 5dimes - 10 units
I can see atleast one of these players raising the trophy. For two players in form on a double chance odds around 5.5/1. I'm very happy with this placement, and hope to find the right choice here. Good luck Ladies and Gents.

Ivashka bet is completely off for me.. I'm done betting tennis for the rest of the day .. good luck
-
at this point I believe that i have been saved by South African .. I am still little bit on edge from decision making past two days , and missed chances ... I am preparing for large stake on Ivashka depending on the results from early matches in Dubai.
I do think Cilic will have fresh legs vs Monfils. He has never beaten him before, and that's not going to fly with Marin.. It's a perfect storm for Gael Monfils today, but either way .. still i'm not confident with this, and I just wait to make decision on Ivashka for large payout.

The above post is a nightmare, and I can't say anything like this has ever happened to me, and it feels terrible.
I ALSO HOPE THAT IT NEVER HAPPENS TO ANY ONE OF YOU GUYS.. I have been fishing on a future event for such a long time only to get stiffed by an error of not actually placing the wager, but as I've said .. i remember seeing this wager in my pending bets, and now it has disappeared conveniently
