Finally get chance to watch a meeting in the flesh and I have a nightmare. I was stood by the last for Dubai Moon’s race and thought the race was won. Still can’t believe he got beat. Budd Fox just jumped better than Tom Foolery and that’s made the difference. Was a tough card to make money from though although my 7yo son managed to! Will be back for the big Warrnambool Carnival next month and hopefully the 2 football teams win for you.

My name is Justin (and yes I'm very "Fat and Happy"). Been a passionate Horse Racing fan all my life (Great Uncle was a jockey, Grandparents were massive punters, Grandmother and her second partner were Bookmakers parents enjoy the game). Owned a small share in a Racehorse but love going Racing (especially Newbury). Love betting but find Online Betting worrying so a bit scared of that but wanting to try it. I am also passionate about Animal Welfare. I love racing people (I've met a number of lovely racing "personalities"). I also love my Horse Racing books and I am a huge fan of the great Alistair Down. Unfortunately I will always place my bets when uploading so had to do with 12-1 which is a bit gutting but on the flip side got 5-2 Jonbon, 11-4 Inoutherwayuthinkin and 2-1 Mystical Power (R4) so can't complain

I'm doing OK, 3 more months of chemo and then hopefully be in remission for a bit.

Still in the trial stage but here is thes top bet at today's turf meeting at Thirsk.
3.15 BURJ MALINKA - best speed figure obtained on good to firm going but also has the best speed rating in the race achieved on soft going (April last year). Top weight but last won off a rating of 62 compared to today's rating of 61. Current odds 7/2 favourite. Only slight question mark is that the race on soft going was over 5f rather than 6f.

Couldn't even win a two horse race 🤣🤣🤣

Still very much in the testing stage but my top rated horse today is Blind Beggar in the 3.43 at Bath.
It obtained its best speed figure last May at Leicester on going described as Soft (Heavy In Places) so today's heavy going shouldn't be an issue. That was over 6 furlongs but it has won over today's distance of 5 furlongs twice since then.
Last won off a rating of 84 so today's rating of 82 is not an issue.
Available at 12/1 so perhaps worth a small bet.

As in previous years we will be running a tipsters competition for Aintree Thursday 11th to Saturday 13th April.
