  1. Re: Jump Racing ~ Saturday Feb 8th

This ground is Heavy IMO, the time in the last summed that up. 2.25 Newbury Little Josh and Junior are too big given the conditions, in this dead 8 race. 2 points eway both 50/1 Little josh, most firms, 3 points e/way Junior 28/1 Stan james anf victor. 10 points total...64 left.
Given the ground. SHOOTERS WOOD 3pm New now becomes the NAP of the day. The only one in here who will get home in this. 4/1 Hills ladbrokes 365. All in as they say 64 points win Shooters Wood 4/1

One most definately in the book, Cheltenham/Aintree beckons, Wasnt to hard. Move on to the 1.50 Newbury Wide open Handicap. Monetary Fund is from a stable that is bang in form, Has run well here in the past, he is raised 5lb for his last win, and they may just be able to squeeze a bit more out today. 5 points e/w Monetary fund at SP, currently 10/1, but may get a little bigger. 86 points left, 76 after this bet.
    SORRY 74 POINTS
  4. Re: Jump Racing ~ Saturday Feb 8th

For the Jump Racing at NEWBURY Today....I am starting with 100 points and trying to get it up to 500 by the last, Ill try to put up each race at least 20 mins before the off. 1.15 pm. LAC FONTANA, Good enough to run in listed events, changing hands for a substantial amounts, he gets the valuable 4yo allowance here. By shirocco, will love the ground as he has already in his short carear. 16/1 for the Triumph, we may see him FAV after this. 15/8 Betfred 888 tote...16 point win

  6. Re: FLAT RACING Friday 8th February 2013 5pm WOLVES. Shawkantango anything 5/1 or bigger take it. This rates a right good bet, last weeks apprentice race put him spot on...With the go to jockey of Derek Shaws, Joe Fanning on board. A CD winner off this mark with Joe on previousley, he will get a blistering pace here which is what's required, and I see him getting it in the last furlong. Joes last two rides for the stable have been winners, I think this will be the 3rd in the last two weeks. Looks very good to me.

  7. Re: Jumps Racing - Friday 8th February 3.35 Newcastle Little Glenshee 8/13 Paddy Power. In this mares only event the selection is a stand out bet, only having to stand up to win IMO. LA has passed the doctor so takes off the 3lb. I rate the mare a full stone of anything else here, and I loath choosing odds ons i simpley cannot let this 1 go. Should be 2/5 in my book. Will be up there from the off out of trouble to extend and blow these away today.

  8. Re: BBOTD Friday 8th February

1.50 Newcastle Dingo Bay 2/1 Paddy Power The improving 7yo is totally capable of destrying this lot, a course winner last time with little fuss, the step up in distance will only improve again against so lifeless plodders. Off 76..He is a 90 plus horse, I fully expect to see an avalanche of money, going off near evens today. So indulge on a 5 star nap, at 2/1..They will pay on this today.
WD all, yes he was well Handicapped today, will probably be off 86 next time, close to his limit, but would follow again given the right conditions. He got a bit lonely and tired after the last after going 5 lens up...But the 2nd has banged in a right run here, when you think on his day he is rated mid 90's...and probably run close to that today...Maybe one to follow given similar conditions next time. A winner is a winner anyhow.

  10. Re: Super League 2013 - Round 2

Friday TV preview: 4pts Warrington to beat Wigan 10/11 Coral I think Warrington match up well to Wigan and with the Wigan halves not having Finch or Leuluai this season that’s an area which Warrington can really exploit. I think they are stronger in the forwards too and that along with the half back pairing of Myler and Briers can set the game up for the visitors. Warrington have a good recent record over Wigan and I think that can continue in this match. 11. Re: ICC Women's World Cup 2013 England get beat by two runs...:cry They had it in the bag, even tho they had a bad start. TWO HORRIFIC LBW DECISIONS BY THE SRI LANKA UMPIRE....Shameful, he was most definately against England....IF you backed England you were robbed. Dodgey game if ever there was one.

  12. Re: Manchester United v Everton > Sun 10th February but when you get 1,80 on Manchester United at home against a normally weak away side and low-scoring team, you need to take it for the value. In the PL this season Everton have lost 2 games scored 18 goals out of 12 away games, to score an average of 1.5 goals away is not low in this league. And losing 2 in 12 away is not poor. In fact only Man City have lost less away from home this season. In fact they have the same loss record overall as Man Utd this season, 20 points seperate them, but by drawing matches...Thats what EFC are good at this season. 1.8 is about right given the circumstances, this is a game were the bookies want you to back Man u, but given the timeing of the game it smells even more of a draw. The last 10 meetings Man utd won 4 Draw 4 EFC 2.

  14. Re: Bent AW Racing.....

basingstoke in the 6.35 wolves........ i took 3to1 20 mins before the off, 5 mins before the off it went into 2to1, infact prob a minute before the off it was still 5/2. Anyway i looked at betfair and there was still 5.0 available for plenty.... it then ran a shocker and to me looked a non trier although fanning did his best to look like he was trying..... anyway i am more interested in the price diff between the exchange price and sp. can someone explain wahts happened there as i dont really understand it....
It was an iffy race, did you notice the liquidity? Even worse was the following 4 runner race, The fav backed all day from odds against to 1.29 on the off, the other 3 horses connections knew their jobs, have a look on how the 2nd runs, and tell me if he was supposed to win. Shane Kelly must of cacked himself for a few strides. And when they pull up, you can clearly see him say to sweeney.."thanks"..Love this game!:lol
  15. Re: Dubai Carnival Group 2 challenge what a race this is. Just about the best race so far run here. The ex Fabre San bolodino is the only true G1 horse in here IMO. given his likeness to get his toe in, the tape tea over 10f should be spot on. if they have him fit, he will win this. After which will be fav for the big 1 in march. lastbet for me today 8 points win at 9/4 I'm on fingers crossed, they have him right.

  16. Re: Dubai Carnival Art scholar win 5pm meydan 1 point Ew 12/1 today could be the day. He should get this distance on breeding, if he does he is a big price. potential group horse given the improvement last year. He has had enough time here to give it a go today
