Have to agree with Simeon here. City have improved the squad while Juve have lost key players and brought in Mandzukic who is a useless player. Like stated above, Juve's great strength the last few seasons was Pogba, Pirlo, Vidal and Marchiso. In this foursome there's class, fight, creativity and energy. Everything you could wish for in a midfield. Now they'll only be able to field Pogba alone. Never write Juve off but I think City will catch them at a good time here. This is what they bought De Bruyne for, to help Silva break down good defences in Europe and he could play a decisive role hear after showing a decent performance at the weekend.

I don't understand why people are so optimistic about Juve. They are really lucky to be 0-1-2 in Serie A as they should've been 0-0-3.Chievo had the better chances and should feel like they've lost 2 points in that game.So a team who lost a few of their key player from last season and started the season badly cannot be expected to go to UK against the most in form team amongst all of the top flight divisions and beat them.Agreed that City have been far from competetive when it comes to Euro stage but seriously how can you expect Juve to up their performance on such a short notice?.I think it's obvious that they miss their starting CM's and for tomorrow Marchisio is out too.It will take time for the new gus to settle in and i am sure Juve can fight for the 1st place in Italy but after such a bad run and poor form i think the odds are set correctly.City are heavy favourites and although Aguero is not available they still have players who can enjoy being on the field.Juve will lack creativity without vidal,Pirlo and Marchisio and against such a physically strong opposition as City's i really think this will be a one way traffic.2:0 would be my call here.City to win @ 1.75 high stakes with bet365.

Bottom 3 finish Empoli @ 4.50 Betvictor > 2.5% BR Empoli did really well in 2014/2015 with a respectable 15th placed finish. Generally speaking they were a team that was hard to beat with a strong defense and benefitted from strong stewardship under coach Maurizio Sarri. Unfortunately for Empoli, Sarri has gone on to bigger things as the new coach of Napoli. To compound this further, I do not particularly like his replacement Marco Giampaolo, his record as a manager is not exactly sparkling and Empoli could have hired a better candidate to succeed Sarri imo. While some maybe more positive about Giampaolo than I, no-one can deny the Tuscans have lost a lot of key players in the summer window thus far. Goalkeeper Sepe, centre-back Rugani and full-back Hysaj have all departed to leave that strong defensive area somewhat weaker as all are important players. Key central midfielder Valdifiori has also left and when you combine this with the departure of Sarri I think Empoli could be in for a real tough season. Many will highlight the fact that 2 of the 3 Serie A relegation slots will probably be taken up by Frosinone and Carpi this year. I agree that the minnows will find it very hard to compete at this level given their resources but in this game you never know, perhaps one of them will surprise us. In terms of the other relegation candidates I believe Chievo will also find things tough but Rolando Maran is a good coach imo and their team should at least be defensively solid once again + have the know how and experience to be competitive for the entire duration of a campaign. Atalanta may also be vulnerable but reading between the lines I would expect a little more investment to be made on playing staff compared to the other teams mentioned. Empoli’s relegation odds are starting to shorten across the board, Betvictor’s stand-out price of 7/2 does hold a bit of value for me considering the present circumstances. Lots can happen between now and the end of the window but sometimes you have to make a move, let’s see how things develop from here.

Arsenal still don't have a top striker though which has been the case since Henry left. Giroud is ok but not top class. The price is 4/1 which does not appeal. I don't think there is any value to be had at present with the top four all short and all with question marks.

Molde battered them as expected. Celtic were more dominant than I perhaps expected, don't know how the hell they only won by 2 should have been 4 at least, missed penalty near the end confirmed a pretty frustrating result.

Trencin plays in the league at home at artificial grass. But this match Trencin will play in Zilina at normal grass. So consider also this.

Pyunik didn't have many weapons and struggled to break down the San Marino side in the first qualifying round and looked very dodgy dealing with anything that came into the box, their passing in particular was very poor. Molde aren't tearing up any trees currently but performances in the league have been improving although they are struggling to finish off chances. I would expect them to dominate possession here, perhaps Pyunik will be better suited to playing on the break, they certainly weren't comfortable on the front foot from what I saw. As long as Molde can keep Romero quiet, who looked their only player, they should win by a couple and ensure progress. Molde - 1.35 - matchbook - 5 Points Molde -1.0AH - 1.525 - bet365 - 5 Points Celtic v Stjarnan Fancy Celtic to score a few here, they are far better than the side who went out in the play-offs last year. Delia had only been in the job 5 minutes and was trying to implement a new style of play so in hindsight it was no real surprise they struggled. Performances in the second half of the season were much improved with Celtic look to play a sharp passing style. Crazed Turkish striker/biter Ciftci may start after an impressive cameo against Sociedad at the weekend, but would expect Griffiths to keep his place, they have a few problems at the back with Van Dijk suspended (and probably about to leave anyway) - expect Boyata and the ever reliable Effy Ambrose to start in the centre. Stjarnan had a very good season last year but seem to be struggling this year lying in 6th 11 games in 9 points off the top, looking at their squad they have lost of few of the foreign players they had last year. Celtic played the Icelandic champions at this stage last year and beat KR 5-0 with a bit of a cobbled together squad, this year they are settled and the minimum I expect is 3-0. Celtic -1.5AH - 1.325 - bet365 - 5 Points Celtic-2.0AH - 1.525 - bet365 - 5 Points

I'm on Elfsborg pretty heavy on -1.0AH at 1.5 (now 1.4 bet365), they are very solid at home on the artificial pitch and should be too strong for an average Lahti side. Not much else of interest, Slovan Brat will rest a few players I'm sure and Gibraltan sides are generally pretty attacking even though they can't defend for toffee - certainly not like the general mentality displayed by the San Marino and Andorra sides. West Ham have another week of training behind them and would expect them to win by a couple but the starting XI has been released and on paper is pretty much the same as last week with 2 changes, have to say slightly weaker as Zarate doesn't start - Starting XI v FC Lusitans: Randolph, O'Brien, Tomkins ©, Burke, Page, Amalfitano, Poyet, Cullen, Jarvis, Lee, Sakho.

I would definitely have no problem in taking Brondby to win to nil (I have done! Only got 1.4 BTTS - no bet365) I watched a stream of the first game and the class difference was just crazy, Juvenes hardly got out of their own half - they were literally hoofing it to no-one when they got it. They can't string more than a few passes together..handicaps in-play will also be a way to go, I would be staggered if they don't win by 3 against a side who can't defend or attack even with changes.
