BLAKLION 5/2 Coral Ladbroke
THE DUTCHMAN 9/2 General on Racing Post
Blaklion runs here as his intended target on route to the National where he must have a very solid chance.
The Dutchman comes here with a 13lb hike for his last success and was heading to Newcastle next week for the Eider over 4M this race looks more suitable in terms of weight. He had a wind op before joining Colin Tizzard and had 2 runs over Hurdles before showing great improvement back over fences. I think this race looks right up his street. It should be a fascinating race whatever the outcome.
Dont have a lot of luck with F/C R/F/C ect so i am out. Would not put anyone off having a go, Bet looks reasonable enough.

1:55 Kelso McGowan Pass 2/1 Bet 365
Likeable sort on this sort of ground, he can go well again after been outclassed in Grade 2 last time at Haydock.
3:00 Kelso Big River 15/8 PP
Probably got a bit to do in this race and has suffered from a fibrillating heart, but he goes really well at this track 1, 1, 2, 1, 1 and was staying on well last time at Warwick closing on the 2nd near the finish. Likes this ground and a good run look likely.

Just the one meeting at Southwell, not having a bet but if a gun was put to my head I would suggest 10p on Tidals Baby who come after 10 weeks off and a couple of pieces of form he has a good chance in this rubbish race.
This is where I leave it alone and get my fingers burnt 7/1 at minute with Bet365. Good luck to all who invest there 10p

Kylemore Lough 100/30 Hills
Cracking little race and I fancy Kylemore Lough to bounce back to top form now he has had two starts for his new stable. Highly tried last season for Kerry Lee and ran in a Grade 1 at Aintree. In contrast this looks a much easier assignment and I thought he ran ok to a point behind Un De Sceaux last time. I thought he would be a 9/4 shot here so happy to take the value.
2nd again. It’s got to come good soon. I am holding out

2:25 Newbury. NATIVE RIVER 1/1 Bet365 WH
Still has his best days ahead of him. He won this race last year and had a excellent season finishing 3rd in Gold Cup. Got a ligament injury in that race and opens his season today with the Target of the Gold Cup again. Gives Saphir du Rheu 6lb today but I think at even money 3 horse race I got to have a go. If the campaign towards the Gold Cup is a serious one. He must brush these aside today.

7:00 Dundalk RED AVENGER 10/3 Bet365
Red Avenger runs off the same mark here as last time, running second to a progressive horse last time. He won 3 on the bounce last winter, but looks a tricky sort who missed two engagements due to been lame. However if his problems have been sorted and he turns up in the same form as 2 week ago. He should run a big race.

Arkle entry who should run well in this event. C/D Winner here time before running 2nd to a useful sort at Newbury last time.

3:05 Lingfield PETITE JACK 15/2 Bet365
Gave this one out at the beginning of December to turn over Toast of New York after coming out of retirement. He ran a good race and improved next time to get on top in a listed event. (Not on it) 2nd chance. He had a very good season in 2017 and although suited by further he is enjoying this trip. He is a bit of a character and needs to come late, but Luke Morris try different tactics last time and it worked well. They now say all roads lead to Good Friday

3:30 Catterick SAME CIRCUS 9/4 Coral Ladbroke
Same Circus steps back from Listed Class at Doncaster last time over 2m 4f. Better over further, She was outpaced in that race but kept on. C/D Winner last Feb over hurdles she has run to that level over chases this season. She has headgear on today to try and iron out a few issues. She should go close.

Routes Choice has been improving of late and must have a chance in this race. She won in heavy ground at Sligo in September and both 2nd was in deep ground. Trainer in good form and she should go close here.

This race should be about Opening Batsman and Unioniste. Both have a chance and i go for Opening Batsman, Harry Fry says this lad is ready to go, Michael Legg gets on well with him, and if he retains any ability after his lay off he should be capable of winning this event.

Whiskey Chaser did ok last time but was probably going a bit to far in heavy ground and a step up in class. He should be more at home here back down in class and less demanding trip. Trainer in good form at present.
8:00 Chelmsford SAMPHIRE COAST 4/1 PP William Hil Ladbrokes
Another stepping back into calmer waters after not getting the run of things at Newcastle last time. That was over 7 and on Tapeta and tonight he returns to polytrack at chelmsford where he boasts 2 wins 2 places from 7 starts. He drops in grade and up in trip again

She drifted to 20s that day and she is on the slide again. She deffo not in public interest.

Well out of her class last time in a listed event. 2nd time before here at Wolves over a extended 2M. on a winning mark and Both Trainer and Jockey Combo Above A/E
This was my Choice on Jan 8th and it was placed 4th. I noticed a few times last year that the horses i picked won next time or time after next. Just going to try 2nd and 3rd Chance to see if i can make a few quid or not to bother. not sure if to play small stakes or watching brief. Probably end up having a dabble.

I feel same. Think a walk over would fall. I was going to put up Whatswrongwithyou but I was put off with short price of stablemate. Usually like that sort of thing and it’s a case of lost confidence. I’ve brushed myself down and told myself to brave the weather. I ve been following your tips this year and will continue to do so. Minor blip.

This Lad gave The useful Countister 13lb at Doncaster last time and run a good 3rd without been disgraced. He won well time before at Huntingdon and his better days are in front off him. Tom George does well at this track, is in good form and Clondaw Castle should run a good race.

Look set for victory last time but run out at the 2nd last. Grade 1 Novice Hurdle. won Grade 1 Novice Hurdle event time before by 5 1/2L and should gain compensation in this Grade 2 race.
6:15 Wolverhampton Favourite Royal 15/2 Bet365
Should find this race a little easier and she likes it around here. She was found out by a steady pace last time in a class 3. Won a class 4 event in November after trying her hand in Listed. Back in Calmer waters on Tapeta could get her back to winning ways

2.45 Lingfield ARQUEBUSIER 15/8 WH Ladbroke.
steps down in class today and although probably needs a bit further this ground should bring his stamina into play. He does not mind this ground either. He ran well last time at Chepstow
