Only 30% of favorite win these type of races, 19% priced 10-1 or hiigher. 20-1 ML 4 Cast The Dye 7 Had a tough trip firts out at Suffolk Downs, then raced evenly on a good track a month later at Aqueduct's fall meet; returns with a trainer change and new blinkers. -By Dave Litfin

He's current form is not well but there have been two who fell their LTO that was able to win and finish second - one PU finished 3rd in 2005. It is a big negative but going with the major categories suggests he still a good chance. Using the trend from the past 8 runnings I found 7 categories that had resulted in 20 to 23 runners having in common for being placed. Trainer O Sherwood is in very good form with hurdlers lately and I suspect Global Strategy can improve from his 5th of 15 last time. Today is is 4th hurdle run and his latest is his best yet. His handicap form is not as well with three runs - Once ant Newbury and Kempton for 12th and 11th but he was able to get 7th of 13 when ran at Exeter. Re: PL_Crewman | Sports-Punter Specialist Kempton-4:15 Buzzin´Boyzee 25-1 winner last time beating out Louisiade by a head and the two was at least 3 lengths clear of third. Trainer P D Evans has a good group running 7 furlongs this year like Bazory, Obe Royal and Kensington. Evans at the distance of 7f to 1m has 5 wins from 27 runs aged 4yo+ this year - 4 wins from 43 at other distances. He has another runner today in the last race (1m) but Buzzin´Boyzee is who I think has a better chance with the market looking wide open. 3pts ew @ 14-1 William Hill

That was her hurdle debut at Sandown (Class 3) which was followed by her latest run, 42 days ago where she won by 4 lengths as the 2-1 second favorite. Not once was he with the same jockey in consecutive races but today he has the same jockey from last time. Jockey Stephen Donohoe has two wins from 14 runs here at night - three more finished third. Trainer Ian Williams has 11 runs on the all weather this year for a total of 9 being 4th or better - 1-2-2-3 (W-2-3-4). Kensington finished last year with a win at Southwell (7f) and today is his second run this year. He only raced four times last year and was not too bad in them - 5-4-5-1. He's been able to be consistent when his in winning form - for example, 1-1-2-3-1 in Sep2005 to January 2006, 1-3-3 Aug2005, 3-2-6-1 May2004 to Sep2004. When he's in bad form he does so in consecutive races so today is a good time for him to be backed. 10pts win @ 4-1 Betterbet Wolverhampton 7:20 Inca Soldier First run of the year after leaving last year with a 4th of 12 at the 6f trip here. It was his first run in a right handed track since making his debut September 2006, 14 races. He raced in left handed track for all starts besides his first and last and did well in them. Course debut but that should not be a problem with the form of the trainer this year. Trainer J G Given has 6 wins from 15 runs this year, 4 more finished 2nd. 5pts ew @ 6-1 Bet365 BOG Lingfield 3:10 Troubadour Unable to get better than a 4 length defeate last time at Kempton but a return here could help. He's not won or placed in the last 4 runs but the efforts have been good enough to take the event event. Raced here in the last 5 before last time out - 1-2-5-4-5. Trainer W Jarvis has two wins from seven here for the year and one each for second and third. 5pts ew @ Bet365 Lingfield 3:45 Fromsong Won in this grade last time by 3.50 lengths at Kempton, 5f. His last two runs have been for 5f and they've been his best since last summer. He goes back to 6f and with the current shape he is in I think the transition will go well. They battble again for the third straight race for both runners. Both are in good shape. Sands Crooner is trained by D Shaw and will be ridden by Tolley Dean so the price has some value today. Sands Crooner does not have a good record at 6f. Dean is on board so I think he can do his best 6f today - together they are 2-1-3, all 5f. 5pts ew @ 8-1 Boylesports Lingfield 4:20 Blu Manruna Running well all year - 1st and 2nd from two at Kempton, 1m2f. I think he can do well considering her was able to placed in 3 of C&D last year and his two runs this year was with the jockey on board today. The races from here last year was at 16f, 10f, and 12f for finishes of 4/14, 2/13, and 6/15. The beaten distance was not far with them being 2.50, 2.50, 4.25 lengths. Has a good record from his trainer and jockey combo of D Shaw and Tolley for the year. The rivals look possible enough to take on and he has a good price for today. 10pts win @ 4-1 Totesport Lingfield 2:05 Station Place Poor run on debut last year but may be different this time around. Trainer A B Haynes has one win (11-1) and one second (8-1) from the past three runners. Steve Drowne is to be the jockey and he won his last run at this course and distance - 3 days ago. Drowne with 3yo's for the year has two wins and eight second from ten runs. 2pts ew @ 50-1 Bet365 BOG Lingfield 2:05 Brave Hawk Able to get 6th of 14 at Kempton for his debut and an improvment can be expected. Last time was his first run of the year and it was in the afternoon at Lingfield- previous two was at night at this C&D. This race today remains to be rated better than his latest but the form he had last year was enough to win at this level. I think the return to night will enable him to get his winning form. Trainer J R Boyle is one the of the better night trainers this year - Total of 15 runs for 2-4-4 (WPS) - 6 runs for 2-2-1 (WPS) at this course. EW

The trainer and jockey combo is currently running well with a 25-1 winner and others than are able to run better than their SP's. They had two runners yesterday that finished 3rd of 11 and 3rd of 7 at prices of 40-1 and 16-1. The rest of the runners from this month are 4th of 6 (150-1), 3rd of 8 (17-20, and 1st of 6 (25-1). All but the winner was raced here. 5pts ew @ 8-1 Boylesports Wolverhampton 7:20 O´Casey Not raced for 214 days and form from then is not spectacular - 13-3-6-6-6. Still worth to go with at the price with trainer J G M O'Shea having the only win of the year coming in s Selling Stakes. O'Shea has sent two in sellers this month with one able to finish 2nd of 3 to a much better horse that. He raced well last time at this course and distance to defeat the Evens favorite by 1.25 lengths. He's giving weight all around but his accomplishemts the past two months have been better than any rival. Well rested with 18 days off so his current abilities sbould be well preserved for today. 10pts win @ 15-8 Bet365 BOG Wolverhampton 8:50 Helping Hand Only been raced twice but showed good abilities last time when made much of the running and fended off two good challengers. Trainer R Hollinshead has the most wins at this course for the year when it comes to night races - 4 from 14. Jockey Russell Kennemore has 12 night runs here for 3-3-3 (W-2-3). Nver had many problems at this game and I think he's only better than ever today. The distance is not a problem considering his best closest finish to the winner is his penultimate run when beaten 1.50 lengths at Catterick, 2m. He handles many types of ground with his experiences being on Good to Soft (3rd), Good (3rd), Good(2nd), and Heavy(2nd). Jockey that was on board the last two is back today. 10pts win @ 2-1 Bet365 BOG Wetherby 4:45 Murphys Beau Has a good price in this open looking bumpe event. The shortest price offered for anyone is 11-2 so I think Murphys Beau's chances is great here. He ran to finish just a head short to get 2nd last time (10 days ago) not getting past the 8-11 favorite that day. The effort was good an did notthing wrong to lose that day. Trainer Mrs S J Smith prepared him well for last time after not being raced since last October. This is the first time time on Good to Soft going but I think he can handle it - debut on Good (5th of 13, beaten by 9.50) and last time on Soft (2nd of 8, beaten by a head). 5pts ew @ 9-1 Coral Wolverhampton 4:35 Mozayada First run since 13Ssep06 and debut for M Brittain. She was sold out of M Johnston yard for 3,000gns last year and is sired by Street Cry. Her dam has three winners from four foals but Mozayada being the only non winner could be because she was not raced the proper distance. She is set to tackle this 1m1f110y trip for the first time and I think it will benefit her based on her pedigree - she is four but only been raced three times. Her lifetime form is 8 of 15, 5 of 5, and 4 of 11 - going from Class 2,4,5. Brittain has 2 wins from 8 runs here with runners aged 4+ - last two finished 3rd at 40-1 and 16-1. 2pts ew @ 33-1 Sportingbet
