Re: Doncaster 18/2
Stunning jump by Hopkins at the last though.Jumping was poor otherwise would of had that. :sad -
Re: Best Bet of the Day - Wed 18/02 225 Punchestown - Realt Dubh WIN Likely to be a short price (I have EVENS @ bet365 BOG) but looks a very smart horse. Formlines couldnt be any better, being unfortunate enough to be beaten in 2 of his last 3 starts by Cousin Vinny and Mikael D'Haugenet. Hasn't been out of the top 2 in 6 starts in rules (3 over hurdles), and looks very likely to go well today. The main danger is the Willie Mullins horse Otay Kawn, but the form of his victory LTO looks very suspect to say the least.

Re: Wolverhampton 17/2
:clap:ok4.40 Wolv The race of the the day and many look to have claims. Tamagin is better drawn than last time and is likely to take them along. Dvinsky is badly drawn and probably up against it in this company anyway. Mrs Penny has a little absence to overcome and Orpenindeed would have appealed more had Atzeni been on. His last win came in a claimer and without Atzeni taking off 7 he may struggle to reproduce his excellent effort lto. Flowing Cape looks good, won well last time over 7f here but looks as if he has the pace to be effective over this shorter trip. Finished a neck second to Stimulation during his 2 yo campaign over this distance, so clearly has plenty of ability, and his second to Karl Barg at Doncaster looks a decent bit of form too as the front two were clear of the field. His last run came returning from a lengthy break so it was an impressive performance and even under a 6 lb penalty, you get the impression that he has something about him. Nightjar is the danger but I have it at the back of my mind that he would be happier on fibresand. he also has a rise in the weights to deal with so Flowing Cape is the one for me. -
Re: a bad run....or is there such a thing?
:nana:nana:clap15:50 - Ski Sunday Here is what I wrote about Ski Sunday: 'I'm surprised that Ski Sunday is such a big price here, he was 3rd LTO beaten 5L by Stow who has some decent form in the book, went onto win yesterday in a class 2 at Haydock. Posted a good run at Ascot behind Amore Mio who went onto beat Optimus Maximus in his next run so the form line looks very good. Tim Vaughan will handle the trip and ground fine today and should run a big race.' I took the 20/1 and he actually went off 22/1 im still getting over that price, He won quite nicely by 6 lengths and I fancy him to run a big race also today. 10pts win @ 11/4 Paddy Power -
Re: Wolverhampton 17/2
We post our selections here mate :ok Using links to external sites may be seen as spam and will almost certainly be removed :okWe have chosen the 4:10 at Wolverhampton today. It's the only race that qualifies according to the successful system we use. We had a winner there yesterday so we are hoping for the same today. -
Re: Tidal Bay to miss festival?
He hasn't drifted as much as you would expect him to if connections etc.... really fancied him to miss the festival.Tidal could be forced to miss festival - Johnson By racingpost.com staff6.48PM 16 FEB 2009 TIDAL BAY, who is as short as 7-2 second favourite for the Ryanair Chase, could miss the Cheltenham Festival his trainer Howard Johnson has warned. RELATED LINKSThe eight-year-old also holds an entry in the previous day's Seasons Holidays Queen Mother Champion Chase, for which he is just 12-1 with Blue Square, but Johnson said on Monday that he faces a race against time to get Tidal Bay ready for the festival after he cut his leg when finishing fourth in the Letheby & Christopher Chase at Cheltenham last month. Johnson said: "We don't know yet - he cut his leg at Cheltenham and we are just starting getting him going again. "I don't know if Cheltenham might come too soon, we have got three weeks and he has yet to come to himself." Click here to buy the new Racing Post book - Cheltenham 2009, the ultimate guide to winning at the festival I already fancied Voy Por but seeing this news I've just backed Voy Por and it's best price 2's at moment, have already posted in Cheltenham sections.

Re: Southwell 17/2
It was "Good to Soft" when previewed on ATR about 45 mins ago.Anybody know the official going here please. -
Re: Well Chief Timmy Murphy said on ATR today that if Well Chief turns up he will stand a good chance. "Whilst MM is a great horse, he can't have it all his own way." Personally, I think he is being rather optimistic.

Re: Wolverhampton 17/2
Don't know about 25/1 but ATR report it as a market mover, 7/1 - 7/2.Grrrrrrrrrr.............. I was looking for a change of scenery last night and thought I'd have a crack at the Classified Stakes, first race on the card..........on the basis that most of them would be so rubbish they'd never win in a month of Sundays........ Found a cracking EW punt on Young Ivanhoe at 25/1 in the Sporting Life Tissue.......... Look this morning, latest odds - 7/2 favourite..........what happened to 25/1 ?...........:loon...........the Life tissue is useless............:wall -
Re: Leopardstown 15th February
Jumped well and travelled well, kept up to his work close home but done everything he needed to. Notre Pere, looks a little on the slow side for 3m, but should be a contender in a race like the Grand National over longer. The rest were beaten out of sight.I am a strong supporter of Neptune for the GC and I'm happy with that run. Stayed the trip out well in soft going and has to go close. Will post up the tip in the ante post thread shortly. 8/1 -
Re: Wolverhampton 14th February
Must have lost about 10 lengths easily when being shuffled back and losing momentum, and was beaten by nowhere near that,:puke No doubt that would have won with a clear run ..... so so unlucky :\ -
Re: Beat Victor Competition win £500 or a free £5 bet
Typical. My only winner of the day, and its one I just glance at and pick for the sake of the comp and don't spend ages going through card!!!!Your selections:1st Selection : Edgeworth 2nd Selection : Tous Les Deux 3rd Selection : Red Rudy -
Re: Wolverhampton 14th February
Same animal for me mate Kirstys Lad 6:50 E.W George Baker's record on him is superb, and he seems to go pretty well in big(gish) fields. Will probably not be good enough to win, but certainly looks too big a price.6.50 WOLVES~KIRTY'S LAD 25/1 Overpriced imo a CD winner. Goes best for George Baker but is worth a bet at the price in this only 1lb higher than highest winning mark. Really do think it has a decent e/w chance in this. -
Re: RussP's Specialisation - Big Field Handicaps (Flat) Stunning!!!!

Re: Best Bet of the Day - Sat 14/2/09 3:40 Gowran Park - Clopf 2PT BANKER WIN No doubting the class of this animal, who returned to somewhere near his best LTO before nearly pulling himself up after hitting the front and being caught by Aitmitov, perhaps 2m3f into horrendous winds on the home straight were far from ideal, but 2m on this ground will be right up his street. The other 2 principals Jazz messenger and Solwhit, whilst of interest both have question marks. The former, as he hasn't been seen in a year (this race actually), and will possibly come on for the run, and the latter is 10lbs worse off than when beating Clopf, who was far below his best 2 starts ago at Fairyhouse. If everything in this field runs at their very best (over hurdles), then Clopf would have too much class for them.

Re: Ascot 14th Feb (Valentines)

Re: Ascot 14th Feb (Valentines)
14 Feb 2009 Ascot HEAVY, Final two fences may need to be omitted; frost covers deployed on whole course from Tuesday . (A frosty start; dry and bright with spells of sunshine and variable cloud amounts; light westerly winds)Does anybody know what the likely going will be tommorow?»

Re: Beat Victor Competition win £500 or a free £5 bet
Its probably been decided for some time now mate, and not just been thrown together, Kempton, early on in the week was the only meeting guaranteed to be on today,Just realised that it Kempton! Why is he doing Kempton when Ascot and Haydock is on? Will probably rack down my 3 but there won't be a lot of thought going into it. -
Re: Beat Victor Competition win £500 or a free £5 bet LOL Beat me to it

Re: My selections
I remember another one a while back, claimed to be a ro. Im trying to remember the c***s name.At least he's not called "The Master" and hails from Australia :rollin -
Re: My selections
It seems they were :lolgotta be 1.10 in running not to last on here until tomorrow!! :ok just dont understand it anyway, you charge for tips & then post them on a free forum, if someone has paid for these they will be pretty peed off you gave them away for nowt. :$Another winner! Everydays a good day. Monte major was 7/2 when emailed to members. Augustus John was a LAY thats what LS means as in LAY STAKE. Carnivore 11/2. A winner is a winner why select a big priced loser? Then a half decent price winner. -
Re: My selections
Check racing-index for past form and to prove there my tips. I will post reasoning tomorrow.
:ok just another quick question. Are you not risking your business by posting on a free forum in the first place? What happens if a member on here or a guest viewing (we have hundreds), logs on here and sees all these great tips, and notices that they are recieving the same tips via e-mail that they have already paid for? Its your lookout I know, and you can tell me to mind my own business, but you did already state that the ones you posted on here, were the same ones you emailed out to your subscribers.

Re: Best Bet of the Day - Wed 18/02
:ok Little disappointed it went to odds on (for the sake of bbotd as I had BOG), however thats the nature of the beast, Although Otay Kawn (who I named as the main threat), loomed up and looked like he could win before making a mistake at the last, I firmly believe that the selection foundy plenty enough to suggest he would have held off the challenge anyway. (The mistake imo did'nt cost 4L). Cousin Vinny and Mikael D'Haguenet paid another compliment.
