  10. Re: Champions League Wed 12th Dec

Fenerbahce - CSKA special bet players out/in: under [email protected] CSKA arrived with only 13 players, without: Dudu and Rahimic -suspended and Vagner Love, Jo, Krasic and Carvalho injured, and 2 goalkeepres among 13 players and i put money on two special bets: under [email protected] players out/in and Fenerbahce over CSKA players out/in  GL
Hmm, I read in a Russian forum that CSKA travelled with 16 players: Akinfeev, A. Berezutski, Ignashevich, Grigoriev, Raitinho, Shemberas, Aldonin, Djaner, Jirkov,Ramon, Ianchik plus Odia, Mamaev and Taranov as well two reserve goalies Pomazan and Mandrikin.
  11. Re: Champions League Tue 11th

10/10 Liverpool +0.5 @ 1.35 Liverpool have always preformed well under pressure in the Champions league. And i think the very worst case senario here would be a draw for the reds.
:welcome to PL! From my point of view, if you believe that the Reds will perform well, the value is in the away win , not in +0.5. Because the draw is probably no good for Liverpool and they will push for a win at the end, opening space for French counters. Not saying that a draw is not possible but I can't see value in +0.5 for Liverpool.
  12. Re: Euro 2008 Qualifiers - Weds 21st Nov

Croatia and England should finish all square' date=' and the Difference here is, England will feel they have had a bad qualifying campaign whilst Croatia are over the moon with theirs.[/quote'] If Croatia and England finish all square, I don't think the feelings in Croatia and England will be too different. Croatians are used to competing successfully against the best teams so they did expect to qualify, I believe. So why they should be all over the moon? Because they won at home against England - they expected it, just ask them about their proud home record. Because they won away in Israel? Yep, it's a good result. Because they got a draw in Russia? Another good result... but not "all over the moon". Actually, if I were English, I would have felt disappointed but not with the campaign - more with the coach. But I would have been all over the moon with the win of Israel over Russia ;) And I don't believe Croatia lacks motivation for this match. The opponent is their motivation. And perhaps it's a but too early to think about injuries... I still haven't decided whether to bet on this match, but if I do - it will not be on the home win. Not saying England can't win, but no value in the odds.
  13. Re: Euro 2008 Qualifiers Sat 17th Nov

If we're talking about last week of Seria A, Russian Premier League or Bulgarian League etc... I agree matches are shall we say "arranged". However this is an international match of great magnitude, the eyes of the world are on it and it cannot possibly be fixed, because if it was, football would never be the same again and turmoil would begin of the highest order.
Football is not the same anymore - English teams are not owned by Brits anymore; Bwin is sponsoring teams like Milan and Real; this Kia guy owns players like Tevez... Not saying that internationals are fixed but the game has definitely changed.
  14. Re: Champions League 23rd/24th October My main bet for today is based on Barca not to win. Barca is a strong team of course but they should not be too disappointed with a draw in Glasgow as they already have two wins. Rangers are in good form and they should have a good chance for a point or even for a victory. So I will bet on the draw and take a saver on the home win.

  15. Re: Euro 2008 Qualifiers (Oct 17)

Match: Albania - Bulgaria Pick: Lay Bulgaria @ 1.83 @betfair Pick: Under 2.5 @ 1.84 @betfair All the things Otto says are pure crap. Every game is important especially in front of their own crowd. Otto is not the person that don't care about games. Albania is no Luxemburg. We already draw it them in Sofia. On the other side Bulgaria team is more crap than ever. Berbatov is out of form, Martin just got back from injury and clearly out of any form. Penev calling some players from exotic leagues and countries no one has ever heard of instead of using players from Bulgarian championship. I really hate to see everything happening to Bulgarian football in the recent years. I am laying all Bulgarian teams in all competitions and I am making really good profit. :puke
Agree with the picks. As a matter of fact, I am still contemplating exactly the same bets and I might go for them in a couple of hours. One question though: why do you think Martin Petrov is "clearly out of any form"? He scored two goals for Man City on 29 September and then had a good match on 07 October against Middlesbrough... And he's always motivated when playing for Bulgaria.
  16. Re: Spartak Nalchik vs Spartak Moscow This is a very important match for many people - for Spartak Moscow (if they win they will joint Zenith at the top of the table with 4 rounds remaining), for Zenith and FC Moscow (fighting for the title) and also for Nalchik. In another forum I read the following results of Nalchik at home this season: 22.04.2007 Nalchik - Loko Moscow 0:0 12.05.2007 Nalchik - FC Moscow 1:0 05.08.2007 Nalchik - CSKA Moscow М 1:1 26.08.2007 Nalchik - Dynamo Moscow 4:1 Nalchik is probably not a strong team but they seem to play pretty well against Moscow teams. On top of that there are rumours that Nalchik is on friendly terms with bwin, the match is available for live betting so you never know what and who will influence the final result. I have taken Draw at Half Time with small stakes but generally it's not a match that I'd like to bet on.
