    Argentina vs Mexico
Argentina is one of the favorites in this World Cup, as it has always been, and their current form is unbelievable. La Albiceleste had not lost a game in 35 consecutive matches, and we definitely did not expect them to lose their first match or at all in the group stage. They suffered the most terrible defeat possible and now have to win both of their other games against much stronger teams than Saudi Arabia. Despite having a halftime lead and three goals disallowed by VAR in the first 45 minutes, Argentina heavily underestimated the Asian side. Saudi Arabia turned around the result quickly, and Argentina failed to find a way to the opponent’s net due to the severe pressure of failure. The pressure won’t fade ahead of this game, and they need to cope with it the best way they can.
Mexico qualified without serious difficulties, with only two defeats in their World Cup qualifiers out of 14 games. Now, the team will have the ambition to reach further than the first knockout round. They got to this stage in 7 consecutive WC tournaments but always lost at this point. We saw their potential in the match against Poland – the question is whether they can score goals too. Hirving' Chucky' Lozano has provided six goal contributions for Napoli this season, and his pace could provide a real threat to the Albiceleste backline. El Tri can hardly have a tougher opponent, but they want to secure a positive result in this encounter.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
Although they are shocked after the opening game in the tournament, we believe the Argentina squad will have a positive response in this game. Therefore, they should book a valuable win against Mexico.
    Goals Market Prediction
Their head-to-head clashes have been pretty efficient, and five of their previous seven encounters went over a 2.5 margin. We think the crowd should enjoy at least three goals in total in this match.

    Poland vs Argentina
Interestingly, Poland leads the way in Group C, being a point ahead of Argentina and Saudi Arabia. After a goalless draw against Mexico, Orły celebrated a lucky 2-0 win against the Asian team. However, the problem with Poland's national team is that they rely solely on Robert Lewandowski. If he does not perform at his usual best, the team is nothing more than an average squad without huge potential. Poland didn't impress in both matches so far, and the toughest opponent is ahead of them. Moreover, their rivals still haven't secured a ticket for the knockout round, and Poland needs to give its best to book a positive result in this match.
Argentina has players like Lionel Messi, Angel Di Maria, Martinez Lautaro, Paulo Dybala, and others playing for them, and they have created and tested their team with better efficiency than Poland. La Albiceleste has also managed to get further and even win the World Cup two times, while Poland's success ended in the 1990s, and despite qualifying three times, they only managed to get to the group stage and not further. However, the South American champions made their campaign much tougher after losing to Saudi Arabia, and a win here is a must for them. Nevertheless, their game against Mexico looked better than in the tournament opener, and they now face a direct rival for the knockout stage spot.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
Argentina is a much better team, and they shouldn't allow another shocking result. We think Leo Messi and the lads will be confident, celebrating a win by at least two goals.
    Goals Market Prediction
Argentina's seven of the last ten games went over a 2.5 margin, and we might see another efficient match involving this team. Therefore, the crowd should enjoy at least three goals in total.

    Wales vs England
Wales takes on England on Tuesday night, looking to beat England for the first time in almost 40 years in an attempt to qualify from Group B. The Dragons made themselves much harder after losing to Iran 2-0 in their previous game. Although they had a point in their pockets, they conceded twice in the stoppage time. That's why they need to go for a win against the toughest opponent in the group. On the other hand, that might have a positive impact on Gareth bale and the lads since they have nothing to lose. However, if they want to increase their chances of success, they need to do much better than in the first two matches in the World Cup 2022. Wales is in abysmal form, searching for a win for the last seven games, where they managed to remain undefeated just twice.
The Three Lions didn't find any big trouble in the race of getting into the World Cup as they were at the top of the table in Qualifiers, winning eight of the ten attempts. They also enjoyed a confident start against Iran in a 6-2 victory, but the game against the USA showed England's struggles. The two sides split points, but the CONCACAF team left a much better impression, having more chances to win. Although England tops the group, they still haven't booked their place in the knockout stage. A point from this game could see them finishing in the top two, but a failure could mean the end of the campaign. That's why England should be fully focused ahead of this game.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
Neither side can be proud of its consistency lately, and it will be a close match. Although England is a favorite, Wales shouldn't lose this game by more than a goal.
    Goals Market Prediction
Wales struggles in the front, and they will be mostly focused on counter-attacks in this encounter. It should be a tight match, and the crowd shouldn't see more than two goals in total.

    Netherlands vs Qatar
The draw between the Netherlands and Ecuador means that Louis van Gaal's side needs a positive result here to make sure they progress to the knockout stages. It has been an unconvincing tournament so far from the Dutch, but three points here will be expected. Cody Gakpo has scored in both games so far, and the PSV forward has looked very impressive and shown why he is coveted by some of the bigger clubs in Europe. He could make it three out of three here and become a contender for the World Cup golden boot in the process. Oranje has the easiest opponent ahead so far, and they shouldn't allow any surprises in this encounter.
That pride could go a long way for Qatar to score another goal in this game, and although a victory is not on the cards, it does mean a both teams to score bet could be worth a go. Qatar was never expected to do incredibly well in this World Cup but will want to show further improvement from the second game against Senegal. Hopefully, that means that this meeting will be a memorable one. However, the Qatar national team needs to continue hard work to improve and be competitive in some of the future tournaments if they manage to qualify. In this one, it is very likely they will finish the competition as one of the worst teams.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
The Netherlands shouldn't miss the chance to win the game and secure a place in the knockout stage, despite not being very impressive so far. Anything but Oranje's win would be a sensation, and we expect the European team to celebrate a comfortable victory.
    Goals Market Prediction
The Dutch team could be more efficient than in the first two matches, and it is a great opportunity for their strikers to boost confidence. Therefore, we expect this game to go over a 2.5 margin.

    Portugal vs Uruguay
Portugal has struggled in recent World Cup tournaments and has failed to make it further than the first knockout round in the last twelve years. Os Navegadores have plenty of talent currently performing at top European clubs in the Champions League. This set of players has yet to show their best form at an international tournament, but it is unlikely to be long before they are once again competing for major titles. However, their display in the tournament opener wasn't promising. A questionable penalty helped them to crack Ghana's defense, but the Black Stars refused to surrender. Nevertheless, Portugal luckily booked a 3-2 win to climb the standings to the top spot.
The Uruguayans have a rich history at the World Cup and were twice Champions back in the earlier editions of the tournament. Unfortunately, recent success has been hard to come by, but they finished in fourth place in 2010 when losing to the Netherlands in the semi-final stage. La Celeste faced South Korea in the opening game in this tournament, but they couldn't do more than a goalless draw. Despite hitting the woodwork twice, Luis Suarez and the lads failed to break the Asian team's backline. They will have a much tougher task now, but the Uruguayan side shouldn't be underestimated at all.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
Portugal didn't impress in the previous match, and if they show a similar performance, it will be hard for them to win. Uruguay is a quality team that could get out of this encounter undefeated. They showed that four years ago after beating Portugal in the first knockout round.
    Goals Market Prediction
It is going to be a tight encounter, as the South American side has a pretty disciplined defense. Both teams will be cautious, and we don't expect to see more than two goals in this match.

    Brazil vs Switzerland
Brazil enjoyed a confident start of the World Cup 2022, beating Serbia 2-0 on Thursday evening. A Seleção dominated the game, but they needed to wait for Richarlison's second-half brace to pick up all three points. Although that win could have been more comfortable, the Brazil team is happy to have opened the tournament with a win. Now, they have a chance to secure a top-spot finish and head to the Cameroon game without any pressure. However, they will need to cope without Neymar and Danilo, who have been ruled out of the group stage due to injuries. Nevertheless, Brazil has a well-packed squad that can continue with good results.
Switzerland has been able to hit the round of 16 in back-to-back World Cups. The expectations are high surrounding the Swiss, who have been able to stay compact and very hard to beat – especially when going up against the top opposition. If there is one opponent who cannot be underestimated in Group G, it is the Swiss. Switzerland is not the type of team to roll over, and they are expected to provide stiff competition in the game. Although they struggled in their opening match against Cameroon, the Swiss managed to secure a narrow 1-0 win. Switzerland has scored at least a goal in all of its games against Brazil since the 1950s. Despite being underdogs in this one, they will try to provide an upset here.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
It is going to be an interesting clash, as Switzerland managed to stun Brazil in the World Cup 2018. Nevertheless, we don't think this time Brazil will allow a surprising result, and we expect A Seleção to celebrate another victory.
    Goals Market Prediction
Both teams have been involved in a solid number of efficient matches recently, and we expect to see a high-scoring game. The crowd at Stadium 974 should enjoy at least three goals in total.

    Spain vs Germany
While Spain didn't do that well in the last World Cup in Russia, where they reached the Top 16 round only, the team did have good results after at Euro 2020, where they reached the semi-finals, and in UEFA Nations League, where they secured a spot in the final tournament. La Furia Roja opened this tournament magnificently, celebrating a 7-0 victory over Costa Rica. They enter this game with sky-high confidence, knowing they can possibly knock out a big rival already in the group stage. Some of their key players are well in their thirties, and that experience can mean a lot. There are also some younger guys who could make a splash here, like Ansu Fati, Yeremi Pino, Gavi, and Pedri. Another victory could see them securing a top-two finish in Group E.
The German national team didn't have the results that we are used to seeing from them lately, with the team failing to get out of group stages at the previous World Cup and getting out of Euro 2020 in the Top 16 stage. Not even their performances in Nations League were good since Germany was third in the group behind Hungary and Italy. Their start in this tournament was a nightmare, as they spilled all three points against Japan, which made another sensation. Although Die Mannschaft controlled the game in the first half, they threw it all away in just ten minutes. Poor substitutes from Hansi Flick contributed to that outcome significantly, as he opted for keeping the narrow lead rather than going for another goal. Now, the German national team needs to win since all other outcomes will likely see them finishing this campaign after only three matches.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
These two teams have squads packed with star players, and it is always tough to predict an outcome. However, Spain has a much better momentum, and their confidence is higher. Also, they trashed Germany 6-0 in 2020, and we think they can book another victory, maybe not so convincing one, but enough for all three points.
    Goals Market Prediction
Both teams have a lot of talent in the attacking area of their squads, and we expect to see an efficient match. Germany needs to implement an offensive approach, which will leave enough space for Spain to exploit the opponent’s defensive weaknesses. BTTS Yes seems a reasonable choice for this match.

As the group stage goes on, it seems that value is becoming harder and harder to find in these games. Group E provided one of the best set of matches from the first round of group matches with Japan beating Germany in a stunning game before Spain showed their full potential in a dominant performance against Costa Rica. Japan will be hoping to potentially seal their place in the last 16 with a win over a beleaguered and ageing Costa Rica here. I can certainly see that happening. Their two performances in the last games were worlds apart. I will still continue to back my man Takefusa Kubo to score anytime for sentimental reasons!  Then it's the massive one between Spain versus Germany. Who will win that one? I certainly expect Germany to bounce back but Spain have had their number over recent years and looked far superior in the first games. Defeat for Germany would see them eliminated at the group stage for a second successive World Cup. Unthinkable, surely?!

    France vs Denmark
No national team has won back-to-back world cups since Brazil did it 70 years ago, but France definitely has the squad to achieve this feat. Despite their lack of good performances this year, they have one of the strongest teams in the world. Their start against Australia wasn't too confident, but Les Bleus managed to turn around the result quickly. Eventually, a comfortable 4-1 victory boosted their confidence, and another success can help them lock the pole position in Group D. Nevertheless, Kylian Mbappe and the lads need to guard against complacency as they face a much stronger opponent than the Socceroos.
Denmark qualified for the World Cup as one of the most dominant teams in the entire European side of qualifiers. De Rød-Hvide won their group with nine wins in 10 games and a 30:3 goal difference, which is incredible. They conceded goals in only two out of ten games. Although they managed to keep their net intact against Tunisia in their opening game in the tournament, the Danes failed to secure a win. Therefore, this game is very important for them as well since they are aiming for the knockout stage. Moreover, Denmark wasn't too convincing against Tunisia, and now, a much tougher task is ahead of them.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
It is going to be an entertaining game, and both sides will search for important points. Nevertheless, France looked much more composed in the previous match, and we believe the defending champions are closer to victory.
    Goals Market Prediction
Their h2h matches haven't been too efficient throughout history. Moreover, five of France's last six games stayed under a 2.5 margin, the same as four of the previous encounters involving Denmark. It might be a tight match with two goals in total at most.

    Netherlands vs Ecuador
It often baffles football fans when they take a look at the Netherlands' history at the World Cup and realize that they have never won this competition despite being at the forefront of modern football since the 1970s. Three times the Dutch have reached the final, and on each of those occasions, they have been left with the bitter taste of defeat. The Netherlands last reached the World Cup final in 2010, South Africa, where they won each of their opening 6-matches only to lose the all-important 7th to Spain 1-0. Although they had a tough task against Senegal in their tournament opener, Oranje managed to pull a win in the last ten minutes of the game. They will enter this one with the confidence that they can pick up where they left off.
Other than a few Brighton players and Fenerbache striker Enner Valencia, this Ecuador team doesn't have many household names in it, but they work hard and often prove to be a tough nut to crack. Since 2002, Ecuador has qualified for three World Cups, 2002, 2006, and 2014, and only once have they managed to get out of their group. In their last World Cup appearance, Ecuador was a little unlucky not to qualify from their group after picking up a win and a draw from their three games. They started this campaign well after beating the tournament hosts 2-0. Ecuador controlled the game and didn't have many troubles against Qatar. A much tougher opponent is ahead of the South American team, but they are ready for a big battle.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
Both teams booked wins in their first games, and another great match is ahead. The Netherlands are the favorites in this match, and they should celebrate the fifth straight victory.
    Goals Market Prediction
Ecuador has been involved in low0scoring matches recently, as 13 of their last 14 encounters stayed under a 2.5 margin. England vs USA
England is expected to win Group B with ease and certainly has the potential to go far in the World Cup, seeing as they made it through to the final of EURO 2020. People expected England to beat Iran, but nobody thought that Southgate's men were capable of scoring six goals on their way to their biggest World Cup win. Disappointingly, when England was tested at the back, which wasn't often, Iran did score twice, and that will be a concern for England when they come up against a higher-quality side. It was the fourth straight time that the Three Lions were not disciplined in the backline, conceding five goals in the previous two matches. Nevertheless, they head to this one in a good mood, confident that they can celebrate another victory.
People often forget that the USA made it through to a third place in the first-ever World Cup in 1930 and appeared in two of the next three tournaments as well. From 1990-2014, the United States qualified for every World Cup but failed to make it to Russia in 2018. After making it to the quarter-finals in 2002, the USA will be hoping that their players can adapt to the heat of Qatar more than the European nations and that that might allow them to go far in this competition. Nevertheless, they will need to do much better than against Wales, where they didn't manage to keep their narrow lead intact. It will be a highly-important match for the Yanks, as a defeat could make their chances of progressing to the knockout round much slimmer.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
England controlled the game against Iran and managed to beat the Asian team easier than expected. Although the USA is a much tougher opponent, we believe the Three Lions will continue with good displays.
    Goals Market Prediction
England's defense has been pretty leaky recently, while the USA team has a talented offense. Given that the Yanks need to go for a win here, we don't think either team will manage to keep a clean sheet.

    Brazil vs Serbia
Brazil starts the World Cup as the strong favorite ahead of France and Argentina to win the title. The five-time champions have not won the competition since 2002, but they have reached beyond the quarter-finals in three out of the last four editions. Once again, Brazil comes into the World Cup with a star-studded squad that is capable of beating any opponent on their day. A Seleção, as always, have immense pressure on their shoulders to win the World Cup both from football fans and pundits around the world, even more so back home where football is the most important thing. They enjoy a seven-game winning streak, being unbeatable after an unsuccessful Copa America finals in the summer of 2021.
Serbia looks to get past the group stages for the first time since 1998, when the team reached the round of 16. Since then, Serbia has consistently been unable to get past the group stages. The task does not get any easier for the 2022 edition in Qatar, as the team opens up the competition with a game against five-time champions Brazil. Serbia is the big underdog coming into the game, but Dragan Stojkovic will be looking to use that status to his team's advantage. The Eagles have been in good form lately, winning three times in a row and failing to celebrate just once on the previous six occasions.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
Although Brazil is a favorite in this game, Serbia is a team that can pose severe troubles. It is going to be a close match, and Brazil should win by more than a goal.

    Portugal vs Ghana
Portugal had to come through the playoffs, and this has resulted in a long journey for the European champions. The main focus on Portugal will undoubtedly be on Christian Ronaldo. Even if the domestic form of the Manchester United superstar has been mixed, he has frequently delivered goods for the national team cannot be argued. The numbers are impressive for the 37-year-old, with 191 caps and 117 goals, and with this likely to be his last World Cup, we expect the Portuguese star to go out with a bang. However, A Seleção should avoid any signs of complacency. They've lost twice in the last four matches but were confident against Nigeria in their final check before the tournament.
Ghana plays a very competitive brand of football that does not place emphasis on an individual player. Unlike in the past few years, Ghana does not have a star-studded squad. The national team was able to advance from the African qualification group by slender margins. The team may not have a lot of expectations coming into the World Cup after having failed to reach the 2018 edition while also failing to get past the group stage in 2014. Still, the likes of the Ayew brothers, Partey, Amartey, and Rahman, will be looking to help guide this young side to a respectable finish. The Black Stars had a successful check ahead of the World Cup 2022 by beating a respectable Switzerland side 2-0.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
Ghana is a pretty disciplined team, and despite being favorites, Portugal won't have an easy job. Therefore, we don't think the African team will lose by more than one goal.

This could prove to be one of the tighter groups. After the way a couple of bigger teams have struggled I'm not sure Brazil will have an overly easy time in this group. I still think they should qualify and top the group but the chances of them ending the group with 9 points is slim. Switzerland will need to beat Cameroon here. The Swiss are a very difficult team to beat but they are also a dogged team in the group stages. I agree with the draw picks. I still think Switzerland are probably favourites but the price isn't attractive at all given what has already happened in these cautious openers from the favourites. In the second group game, I also wouldn't be surprised to see Serbia sneak something against Brazil so the double chance looks very tempting.

    Germany vs Japan
Germany has picked up a draw and a win from their two previous games against Japan, both of which produced over 2.5 goals. Die Mannschaft head into the game as the favorite and have won two of their last four matches in all competitions, including a 5-2 win over Italy in the Nations League. There is no doubt that Germany is one of the best football teams in the world, but their recent results haven't been as great as we are used to seeing from them. After all, the team failed to get out of their group at the World Cup in Russia, lost to England in the Euro 2020 Round of 16, and, in the meantime, finished third in their group in the UEFA Nations League, behind Italy and Hungary. Nevertheless, Hansi Flick's side wants to go far in this competition.
Japan has scored 11 goals in their last five matches and looks like a real threat going forward, and we expect the underdogs to test the German defense. After failing to qualify for the World Cup until 1998, Japan has qualified for each World Cup since then, so this will be their seventh appearance on the biggest football stage. The team also established itself as one of the best in Asia, having won the Asian Cup four times, more than any other team. Obviously, Japan's chances in a group with two European giants such as Germany and Spain, are not that high, but this is a solid team with some interesting guys that play in Europe. The Samurai don't want to surrender without a fight, and they will try to avoid defeat here.

Finishing third at World Cup 2018 was the best Belgium's ever done in the history of the competition, topping their previous result by one spot since they also finished fourth in 1986. After that, the team reached the quarter-finals in Euro 2020, and they were second in their group in the Nations League, so they can be optimistic ahead of the upcoming World Cup in Qatar. However, the two straight defeats ahead of this tournament should keep the Red Devils alert. The team is coached by Roberto Martinez, who has been at the team's helm since 2016, which is a respectable continuity and another advantage for Belgium. Nevertheless, he cannot count on one of his most prolific players, Romelu Lukaku, who is not available due to an injury.
The last and only time Canada was at the highest stage of international football was back in 1986, in Mexico, when the team lost all three of their games. Now Canada will appear at the World Cup for the second time in their history, which is a huge result for them, but their chances of getting out of the group are a bit higher. Although the Maple Leafs will have a tough task to finish in the top two, their qualifiers campaign was quite encouraging. Canada's head coach John Herdman managed to install a winning mentality in his team as Canada not only qualified for the World Cup but did it by finishing first in the North and Central American WC Qualifiers. Alphonso Davies' absence will be a major blow for the Reds, but this team has quite a few quality players.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
It is going to be an exciting clash, and although Belgium is a favorite, they won't have an easy job. Moreover, we don't think Canada will lose this game, and they might spice up the battle in Group F.
    Goals Market Prediction
Belgium managed to keep the clean sheet just once on the previous seven occasions, while Canada has a pretty explosive offense. Therefore, we don't think either team will keep its net intact in this match.

    France vs Australia
Looking at both teams' histories in the World Cup, we see a definite distinction between the two teams. France's best performance at the World Cup is a win, which includes the last tournament in Russia. However, Les Bleus haven't been confident lately, as they won only once on the previous six occasions. The French defense is solid, starting in goal with Hugo Lloris, who will surely be taking part in his final World Cup for France. Pavard, Varane, and Lucas Hernandez are the most experienced of the defenders, with the uncapped Axel Disasi earning a call-up. However, the defending champions will need to cope without this season's Ballon D'Or winner, Karim Benzema, who will miss this tournament.
Australia's best is to get past the group stage just once in 2006. There is no more Tim Cahill or many big names for Australia to call on for what is expected to be a very challenging World Cup for the Aussies. A good part of the team is at home or playing in Scotland, and nobody plays their football in the Premier League either. Matthew Leckie will be tasked with scoring goals for Australia, having scored 13 goals in 73 games so far, although Maclaren, Mabil, and Duke are also regular scorers at the international level. Socceroos head to the World Cup full of confidence, as they booked five straight wins. Australia only has one injury concern, with doubts over attacker Martin Boyle's fitness after recovering from a knee injury. Melbourne City youngster Marco Tilio is on stand-by as his replacement.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
It will be quite an interesting match, and fans should expect good entertainment. France won’t have an easy job, but we still believe they can pull it through and win this match. We’ll dip into the Asian Handicap market to get better odds.
    Goals Market Prediction
France managed to keep the clean sheet just twice in the last eight matches, while Australia can be dangerous in the front. Therefore, we believe the crowd will see at least three goals in this encounter.

    Argentina vs Saudi Arabia
Argentina has a lot of quality players in their squad, which is why it's surprising that they only won two World Cups in history. They are one of the best and most popular picks for the December World Cup title, and their first game in the group stage shouldn't present any difficulty for them. La Albiceleste booked five straight wins, and they suffered the last defeat in the summer of 2019. They easily qualified for the tournament from the top spot in the CONMEBOL zone with no losses on record, and they have one of the best arrays of footballers to pick from, so winning shouldn't be a problem for Argentina. Lionel Messi is playing perhaps the last World Cup, so the desire for the trophy will be even greater. Nevertheless, Argentina should continue being confident to have a successful start to the campaign.
Saudi Arabia has been dubbed the current odd man out in Group C because they aren't the favorites against the other three teams. Green Falcons drew the short stick when they were drawn to play in the group stage against Argentina, Poland, and Mexico. The Asian representative cannot be happy with its recent results since it won only twice on the previous ten occasions. Saudi Arabia lost to Croatia 1-0 in its final check before the tournament. They don't have many popular footballers on their team, but when the competition begins, you should watch out for Firas Al-Buraikan, who is the team's best shot at striking back in the tournament games ahead. Saudi Arabia is an underdog in this match, but it doesn't mean these guys will surrender without a fight.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
Argentina has been in excellent form, and Saudi Arabia shouldn't pose much trouble. Therefore, we think Leo Messi and the lads will celebrate a win by at least two goals.
    Goals Market Prediction
The South American champions managed to keep their net intact five times in a row. Saudi Arabia will be mostly focused on defense, and Argentina should record another clean sheet.

    USA vs Wales
The Yanks were anything but impressive in the qualifiers for the showpiece tournament, with the team finishing the process in the third position, and they surely face a difficult task in their opener. They won seven of 14 games in the qualifiers, and only thanks to a better goal difference they avoided the playoffs path. The USA has been searching for a win on the previous three occasions, and they booked a goalless draw against Saudi Arabia in their final check before the World Cup 2022. A man to watch in the home team will be Chelsea forward Christian Pulisic, while Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie made the cut after overcoming his injury. They will have a tough job in Group B, and this is just the first challenge of three.
Wales plays in the World Cup for the first time since 1958, and if we have learned anything from The Dragons' last two outings at the Euros, it's to underestimate them at your peril. Cymru lost only once in the WC qualifiers and finished second in the group, behind Belgium. It secured them a playoff spot, where they were better than Austria and Ukraine. Robert Page went with largely the squad selection most expected of him, although there was no room for QPR's Tyler Roberts or Sheffield Wednesday's Will Vaulks. Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsey provide the goal threat from midfield, while Kieffer Moore or Brennan Johnson will likely lead the line as the lone striker. However, Wales should improve its game to go through the group stage since they lost three times in a row.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
Neither team has been convincing in the latest period, and this match can easily go either way. Therefore, we wouldn't be surprised if these two teams split points in their first match in the World Cup 2022.
    Goals Market Prediction
It will be a tight game, and we shouldn't expect too many goals. Their both h2h matches stayed under a 2.5 margin, and this one shouldn't be much different.

    Senegal vs Netherlands
Senegal is through to their third World Cup tournament, having reached the quarter-finals in 2002 before going out at the group stage four years ago. The Lions of Teranga didn't have any trouble in the group stage of the qualifiers, allowing just a point to their opponents. Nevertheless, the biggest challenge came against Egypt, and they managed to make it through the final tournament after the penalty shootout. They performed with credit at Russia 2018, though, beating Poland and drawing with Japan before losing 1-0 to Colombia. The Lions of Teranga will travel to Qatar full of confidence, having claimed a first major trophy with victory at this year's delayed African Cup of Nations. However, they will need to cope without their superstar Sadio Mane, who is out injured and won't feature in the World Cup squad.
The Netherlands have been runners-up at the World Cup on three occasions and were third in Brazil in 2014, so failing to qualify for Russia 2018 was a major blow. The Dutch must have feared the worst when they lost their first Qatar 2022 qualifier 4-2 to Turkey in Istanbul. However, they avenged that defeat in style when they won the second leg 6-1 in their nine-match unbeaten run, which included seven wins. That was enough to finish two points ahead of Turkey and five ahead of Norway. They haven't lost 15 times in a row, and the Netherlands go to this tournament full of confidence. Nevertheless, it's going to be a tricky challenge for them.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
The Netherlands are favorites in this encounter, but Senegal will search for its chance to secure a positive result. Nevertheless, the European side has been more consistent recently, and we believe they will meet expectations.
    Goals Market Prediction
It should be an entertaining match, and the crowd should enjoy a lot of action in front of both goals. The Netherlands managed to keep the clean sheet just twice on the previous eight occasions, and we expect both teams to score on Monday afternoon.

    Qatar vs Ecuador
Felix Sanchez's men have beaten Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, and Albania in non-FIFA friendlies, but the game against La Tri will be anything but a walk in the park for the home side. It is Qatar's premier participation in the World Cup, and they don't want to be just a generous host. Although they haven't faced top-class national teams, the hosts head to this match after four straight wins. The man to watch in the home team will be Al-Duhail striker Almoez Ali, who has scored 42 goals in 85 appearances for the national team. We will see the capabilities of this national team against a very tricky South American representative.
Ecuador managed to secure a ticket for the final tournament after finishing fourth in the CONMEBOL zone. However, the main issue on paper for Ecuador is scoring goals. Although they enjoy a seven-game unbeatable streak, the visitors scored only three goals during that period. Their defense has been rock-solid, but the last three games ended in goalless draws. Enner Valencia, 33, is the only recent call-up to score in double figures for his country. The former Everton and West Ham footballer scored 35 goals in 74 games, and the closest is Michael Estrada with eight goals in 35 appearances, followed by Angel Mena with 46 games and seven goals. Some major players are missing because of injury, though, so it will be interesting to see if the replacements can step up on the world stage.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
It is going to be a close encounter, and although Ecuador is a more reputable team, the hosts won't surrender easily. Nevertheless, the South American team has more experience in these games, and we believe they will celebrate a victory.
    Goals Market Prediction
Thirteen of Ecuador's last 14 matches stayed under a 2.5 margin, while no more than two goals were scored three times in Qatar's previous four games. It is going to be another low-scoring game with two goals at most, but we also think Ecuador will keep the clean sheet for the seventh time in a row.

    Newcastle United vs Chelsea
Newcastle United is hoping to win again following a 4-1 Premier League success versus Southampton. It was their fifth straight success that launched them to 3rd place. The Magpies' most recent results shine a light on the fact that much respect should be given to the Newcastle United rearguard. Newcastle United have been miserly, with the number of goals that have gone past their goalkeeper during their past six clashes standing at 3. The hosts are full of confidence, and they want to secure another positive result against a very strong opponent.
After a losing effort in their last game against Arsenal in Premier League action, Chelsea and their fans will hope to get a better result this time. The Blues cannot be happy with their recent form, as they lost to Manchester City in the EL Cup during mid-week. The stats tell the story, and Chelsea has been scored against in 5 of their last six matches, seeing their opponents hit eight goals in total. At the back, Chelsea has clearly had some problems. Chelsea manager Graham Potter has some current player fitness concerns. N'Golo Kanté (Hamstring Injury), Wesley Fofana (Knee Injury), Ben Chilwell (Hamstring Injury), and Reece James (Knee Injury) will miss out on this game.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
Newcastle United has been playing much better than their opponents recently, and they want to capitalize on the opponent’s poor form. It should be a terrific match, and we think the hosts can remain undefeated.

    Manchester City vs Brentford
Manchester City is hoping to win again following the 2-1 Premier League victory vs Fulham. It was their third straight win in the English top flight before beating Chelsea in the EFL Cup during mid-week. Their most recent results really do illustrate the point that much respect should be given to the Manchester City defense. The Citizens have given the opposition little, resulting in the number of goals that have gone past their goalkeeper during their last six outings standing at 4. Another victory would see the defending champions climb to the top spot, at least before Arsenal plays its game against Wolves.
Brentford drew 2-2 in the Premier League match with Nottingham Forest in their previous game. The Bees currently sit in the middle of the table, but they are not too far from the relegation zone. Thomas Frank's Brentford has slotted home six times throughout their most recent six matches. The overall goals that have been scored against them during those same matches add up to 12. Coming into this meeting, Brentford has not won away from home in their last four games in the league. In an otherwise healthy group of players, there is only the sole fitness worry for the Brentford boss Thomas Frank to be concerned with. Aaron Hickey (Ankle Injury) misses out for this game.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
Manchester City is full of confidence, and the defending champions should have rested their main players. Although Brentford is a team with the highest number of draws in the Premier League, we don’t think they will hold the Citizens. The hosts should celebrate a comfortable win on Saturday afternoon.
    Goals Market Prediction
Both teams have participated in many high-scoring matches this season, and that trend should continue. Brentford has been quite productive so far, and we won’t be surprised if they find a way to the opponent’s net.

    Benfica vs Juventus
Benfica will be looking for a repeat result of the 1-0 Primeira Liga victory against Porto. That victory established them in the top spot of the Portuguese top flight, being six points ahead of their rivals. Things are going well for the Eagles in the Champions League as well, as Benfica is five points ahead of Juventus. Their latest results reveal that not much more can be done by the Benfica backline. Benfica has given the opposition little, seeing the number of goals that have gone in at their end over the course of their past six outings standing at 4. If the hosts don’t lose this game, they will secure the top-two finish in the group stage.
Juventus go into this game after a 4-0 Serie A win over Empoli in their last match. The trend of at least one team drawing a blank in games involving Juventus has become fairly consistent recently. Checking on their last six games shows that it has occurred five times. In these clashes, their opponents have hit a goal aggregate of 5 while Juventus have scored 11. However, the Bianconeri haven’t been very successful in the Champions League, as they have picked up only three points. Only two wins in the remaining two rounds, and with a lot of luck, will keep them in the competitions. Bremer (Biceps muscle injury), Mattia De Sciglio (Hamstring Injury), Federico Chiesa (Fitness), Paul Pogba (Knee Surgery), Ángel Di María (Biceps muscle injury), and Leandro Paredes (Biceps muscle injury) are names that won’t be on the team sheet.

    Manchester United vs Omonia
Based on their previous result, Manchester United will be hoping for more of the same after a 2-1 Premier League triumph against Everton. That was their second straight win, and the Red Devils are currently fifth in the English top flight. It has been a rare occasion in recent games that Manchester United hasn’t conceded. In fact, Manchester United has seen its defense breached in 5 of their previous six clashes, leaking 11 goals along the way. Nevertheless, it seems they got back on the winning track, and the hosts want to pick up where they left off. Donny van de Beek has recently been on the sidelines with a muscular problem, but the midfielder is back in light training and has a chance of being in the squad for this match.
Following on from a losing effort in their last game against AEL Limassol in the First Division competition, Omonia Nicosia will be aiming to make amends here. The visitors cannot be happy with their start in the domestic championship since they lost three times in six rounds. Neil Lennon's Omonia Nicosia has seen its goal attempts be successful a total of 10 times in the course of their last six matches. The aggregate of goals that have been scored against them during those same clashes comes to 8. Due to a completely injury-free group available to select from, the Omonia Nicosia manager Neil Lennon doesn’t have any fitness concerns at all before this clash.
    Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction
The Red Devils are firm favorites in this clash, and we believe they won’t allow any unpleasant surprises. Manchester United should beat Omonia by at least two goals.
