instinctively was the draw data selection at Newmarket in the opener and with the ground in his favour was not for stopping in the low stall.

The Equaliser reacted to Sporting Sam in Racing chat - Thursday 12th October
Looked visually impressive in the preliminaries and had a big physical advantage over rivals. This was the case in the race itself and he cantered home always on top and doing more than enough to win comfortably.
started with a win in Japan and ended with two in America. The bit in between not so good. Spent too long fighting my corner and totally put off by it all. Haven’t had a day like today in months so it is no coincidence. A big thank you to a forumite who sent me a message of encouragement about any flak I received today and yesterday. And also to the guy who commented on yesterday’s thread today thank you for your positivity. ( when the tricast comes up I will pm them beforehand to you two guys personally) I had two or three other big happy distractions and a big big plus in the real world and my main focus has been there.
Ended with two winners officially as aleman doesn’t count.
I Strong won 11/10
I strong beat on an island (12/1)into second place.
so another forecast landed.
I'm disappointed but not surprised with today’s results you have to be in a good place to focus on what you are doing and be able to concentrate but here’s an example of what I did write today “
“Saxon Land
each way
behind an “eye catching” runner last time and collaborative form from that race could transfer here. In the group horse stall (3). This one could suprise some loftier runners. The true draw data horse here is porters place and on breeding paddy twomey’s runner could well win but is certain to be winning in due course and will benefit from the run. Certainly worth watching out for under Billy Lee…. “
a third selection for the curragh 1315
GREENFINCH
WIN
Aidan O’Brien second string here and drawn in centre of track seamie heffernan often rides these well and tongue tie on after out the back debut ”
porters place bolted up on debut.
greenfinch 20/1 second
and then
second race at the curragh
“there is a free energy horse here too and whilst best watched to see what happens both of the O’Brienhorses may be affected positively….”
not both but all of the O’Brien runners in a stable 123.

Back to punchestown after winning all of the first five races yesterday.
The first race and I can’t have the new favourite who in two meetings at a higher level got nowhere near the eagerly awaited non runner a dream to share at bumper level.
Take 4/7 about the new favourite if you like but this is nothing like yesterday’s race the only straw to clutch at is the drop in class 💧 but the impending deluge will wash that straw right away.

The second point is that Noah and Nellie were due to sailing by to pick up any volunteers to get onboard the skylark due to the tonne of wet stuff being laid by paddy the cloud.

who has been around since the first flood looks a viable alternative. An all weather winner in France about 2018, this horse will sluice through any mud and would be the last up the ramp. Idol is ex Willie Mullins and these ones always take a while to bed in but won a bumper at Roscommon in the fashion of a Mullins prepared world beater (I’d need to check if he was anchored by Patrick or Paul or given an easy time with a claimer ), was unplaced behind a stablemate so that looks like a gentle intro after a break and I’d expect much more on hurdle debut for Sam curling.
