Just found 1 that placed at 16/1 so a 9 pt loss to 1pt ew bets. Any future updates will place a ? mark against NURSERIES as in reality they dont offer as much information as other HANDICAPES which offer a lot more They will still count in p/losses but to be honest they may ONLY BE WORTH FOLLOWING THEM IF YOU FANCY THEM. The main prob is some have run in nursuries others not and although they may not have performed in non handicap races but come to life in NURSERIES. Anyway lets hope we find a winner tomos T%M

I would expect a couple of SCOOP 6 races may be in the handicaps at CATT so may find something their if thats the case. :nanaVery good day for the Outsiders. I've been paper-trialling this recently and it made +40pts at SP Win-Only just for today.

I make it 35pts at the best prices shown but on betfair 40 17 and 12.5 so a lot better. The program I use takes time to do but in my mind IT DOES THE JOB and comes up with plenty of OUTSIDERS which is the aim of the thread and except for today are the only ones shown but as you can see today OTHER WINNERS were found. So even if the OUTSIDERS had a bad day it did not mean those that were under 10/1 did not win but I JUST WISH TO SHOW THE OUTSIDERS ONLY The thing is IT WORKS EXCEPTIONAL WELL in class 1 to class 3 races but not so good in 5 and 6 [not sure about 4] as Ive always used in in 1 - 3. The downside is I NEED THE RACING POST PAPER to get what I need as everything is not on the web site even if I subscribed to whats not shown. So I only buy it when the better races are run which is mainly FRI SAT or the likes of Royal Ascot or Chelt OVER THE JUMPS. To come on here and SAY IT WORKS is something anybody can say before hand but since STARTING THE THREAD I thinks its deliverd whats on the BOX. So all I can say I hope LONG TERM profits will be shown but their will be bad runs and some point. The good thing its not every day and if one can make only 10 pts profit each time an update [or at least average that] its 500 pts a year. It just seems to do WELL IN BIG FIELD HANDICAPS and as done so over many years or at least when I've used it. I think it maybe wise to leave out nurseries as some ratings can be missing as well as some it maybe their 1st 2yr old handicap. It works far better when at least 80% of the field have had 1 run at least in a handicap as you are comparing like to like and all the RATINGS I need are there. Thanks for taking an interest and in this case I have no say whatsoever in what the SOFTWARE PICKS and the RATINGS can throw up a FAV OR OUTSIDER but noway does the SOFTWARE KNOW THE PRICE of any horses in the race but does take all other relervent information on board AND IN MY MIND THATS WHY IT WORKS T%M

You imply that it was something which was available for general sale at one time. I hoped the data you input into the software was all objective. You mentioned that you require a copy of the racing post - so does that mean that you input data from the racingpost tipsters? - which would be subjective and in my mind of little merit.

(Just checked, not 40pts but 32.5pts) I want to know a little more about the system before I start backing it. Who wrote the software? You imply that it was something which was available for general sale at one time. I hoped the data you input into the software was all objective. You mentioned that you require a copy of the racing post - so does that mean that you input data from the racingpost tipsters? - which would be subjective and in my mind of little merit.

The software works FROM THE RATINGS shown in the racing post but depending on what type of race HANDICAP OR NOT slightly different RATINGS ARE USED. It as nothing to do with tipsters but uses 4 spercific ratings 1 the time rating and 3 others [both the official bhr and the racing post ratings are used] It also uses the posdata part [NOT THE PREDICTIONS] as well and in HANDICAPS ask were it finished LTO as well as its official rating for today and past rating for its last race if one. In other words if it was its 1st handicap race it would not have a past one but only the rating the HANDICAPPER gave the horse today. As already mentioned in past post I have no SAY WHATSOEVER in what it picks I ONLY INPUT THE DATA. I know 8 times out of ten the horse it will pick in NON HADICAPS and the vast majority will be 1ST 3 IN BETTING As for the HANDICAPS that can be anything but in my mind all the right ratings are used. It also takes the draw into account if its relervent but as the PROGRAM IS VERY OLD how good this maybe now I dont know but it asks were drawn. Ive used the program since 1995 and its had some exceptional days in the past but ALSO SOME VERY BAD ONES. I only show the OUTSIDERS ON HERE except for this weekend past and in my mind whats been SHOWN speaks for itself. Like I've said from the START it works far better if CLASS 1 TO 3 RACES and as its mainly Saturdays most of the time the big WEEKDAY MEETINGS like Royal Ascot Glories Goodwood or any major meeting over the JUMPS. Its just something that works for me personally and decided to show the OUTSIDERS HERE. As I mentioned in a past post it maynot work well in nursieres as some may have already run in one and others maynot and although I put them through the software their maybe very little to go off. When all said and done its only NUMBER CRUNCHING is someway but still FINDS PLENTY OF WINNERS. It only rates the TOP 4 HORSES IN NON HANDICAPS but gives 4 in order of lbs between the TOP RATED and the others shown In handicaps IT DOES NOT MATTER how many RUNNERS and even it was the GRAND NATIONAL it would only give 1 AND 2 ALTERNATIVES. I would never suggest you or anybody else should back them but just shown if you wish to do so. All prices shown are from P/POWERS web site at time of POSTING and as he gives GUARANTEED ODDS always the best price is used when calculating P/L T%M

2 wins and a place from the class 1- 3 races which I've stated are the best to follow and why I showed the class 4 on its own 10 class 1 -3 selections st 20 pts returns 33.95 + 13.95 pts profit - 6 pts for the class 4 race overall + 7.95 pts and yet another winning day T%M
