4.05 Chester Lucky Dan has been a grand sprinter this season with a smart turn of foot and goes well round here but this step upto a mile doesnt look the right move as 7f has looked to stretch him sometimes! Maid in Heaven looks a highly progressive handicapper who has the potential to earn some black type in the coming months, won with plenty in hand on penultimate start and recieved a 11lb rise in wieghts but was badly hampered during a hot handicap at HQ and is worth another chance to build on what she has already done! 1pt place lay lucky dan

Re: Lay of the day 1st Aug 230 Market Rasen: Sir Frank Sir Frank won here last time but will find this tough with a double penalty, Classic Contours looks to be the biggest danger with some soild form in the book and Rebel Hunter could get involved too along with Society Venue. All in all the 3/1 about Sir Frank is poor value here.
