Both teams head to head in the table and both of them would like to move up to reach at least the europe spots. Especially Slovan has a disapointing season so far, their ambitions to win the title are almost gone, they know 2nd or 3rd place in the final table would be a great result after horrible autumn. Both teams are coping with many injuries. Several players from the starting XI for Trnava. Especially injury of striker koro Kone is a big blow for the home side. Slovan used to situation with key players injured throughout the whole season should better adapt to the situation. Friendlies also suggest that czech coach Jarolim has given boost to the team in winter. Trnava were shaky during the preseason. some good results and nice attacking football, but on the other hand also played some bad matches with worse opponents. All in all, consider Slovan not a favourite but in a slight advantage, Trnava stadium also suits them. Trnava have limited squad and with all those missings in attack (Bernath. koro Kone) and in defence (J. Carnota,...) it will be hard to stop motivated and well prepared Slovan. Slovan coach Jarolim, after he came in few matches before the break had finaly time to get his ideas into players and they seem to understand what he wants from them. Slovan made some good signings and as i said earlier here, Slovan is basicaly used to play without several key players all season long, so this situation is nothing new. New players should show themselves and fight for the starting XI. With full stadium in a freezing weather conditions, we should see nice start to the season and a good match and my prediction is narrow win for Slovan. It´s true that Koro Kone is big miss for home side, also the fact that Slovan is maybe better prepared and has better players ... But it´s derby. Behind Trnava´s players will stay huge support, which will be maybe more than 12th player ... They will host the reigning champion from Žilina. Stats and standings may suggest obviously away win, but we shall we carefully aproaching this game. First of all, as latest news say the match might be called off due to frozen pitch. If the match will be played, conditions will not be suitable for good football. Presov have not lost to ZIlina at home since getting back to Corgon Liga. Presov is a team that has to perform well at home and collect points, cause they are the worst away team with only 4 points collected. Zilina is bit overated here, of course they are favourites, but they have sold two important players (Pecalka, Jez) and havent played for some time like all the other teams. Presov can use to their advantage bad conditions of the pitch as well as enthusiasm in the first game of the winter break. Presov have finaly improved their shooting efficiency during their friendlies. Number of players left but the ones who came to the club are good replacements. For Zilina it will not be a big deal even if they dont win this game as they are well ahead of all the teams and i expect them to start their winning machine soon, but not yet tomorrow. Fighting spirit and moral boost for Presov should be enough for at least a point. Low scoring game, not a great one to watch i expect At the moment dont know about asian odds released as bet365 has only Draw no bet yet, but i expect +0,5 to be priced at around 1.8, maybe more as it is very likely odds on Presov will rise, cause foreigners will blindly jump on "juicy odds" on Žilina. Anything arond 1.8 or higher is a must take for me tomorrow. Under also considered but odds are not good at all. 1.65 is too low for me. Carnota, Slovan with Bozic. Like tomo25 mentioned both teams wants to play next season in europe cup, so both teams will want to take 3 points from this match. Nitra, currently 8th, lost in one of the weaker matches of the 1st round to Ruzomberok 1:0. Match should be played on better pitch than we could see last week in most of the stadiums. Despite light snowfall during the night, and freezing temperatures in the morning, sun is shining during the day and weather is relatively warm. I was quite surprised by the offer. Draw No bet handicap seems to be a very good option. Nitra have announced transfer of one their regular defenders to Ukraine today and when we take into account that Nitra have problems up front, to score, then they are getting into difficult situation i believe. Jan Shulmeister, new signing from Olomouc should start tomorrow, however i am not sure how quickly he got into one note with the team. With all respect to Mr.Vrabec, whos in charge of the team, being an assistant of the coach and being the main coach is not the same and in think he is not yet ready to do his job well. It takes time for him to gather experience. Senica made some good signings during the winter break, and started spring with great win over 3rd Banska Bystrica 3-0.They are 3 points behind Zilina and if they continue gathering points and playing as last week and with bit of luck they can fight for the title.Although,i dont believe they will keep their play on this level for rest of the season. Nitra defence will have problems with Senica strikers. We will not see goalfest, neither great football, however Senica is not gonna loose in Nitra. They can easily take 1point here, if they will play similary to last week, aggresive, fast, attacking football,they will even take all 3. Nitra is not a side to be afraid of. Streda won 1 match and also 1 match lost, on the other hand Zilina didn't score. Zilina is still at 1st place, but only 1 point ahead of Senica. In last match in Kosice, Dun. Streda played very bad and didn't send any shoot on Kosice goalkeeper. In this match Dun. Streda still cannot reckon with Kadlec Jan (injury) and also with defender Konecny Roman. On the other hand, defender Struhar Peter should play in this match. Zilina has still 4 players injured (Rilke Emil, Piacek Jozef, Zosak Stefan, Ofori Prince). Universal player Gergel Roman should play in this match. He didn't play in any match after winter break. Both teams are without any confidence, but Zilina is in troublesome situation and necessarily need to win and in Dun. Streda Zilina could. With only one point gathered from last two games, they sit on the top of the table with only one point margin of Senica and hungry Trnava and Slovan are approaching them as well. DAC with 27 pts on 7th position, and with will to get into the top 6. Dunajska Steda is a difficult venue to play. Fans are very loud and they love football. Atmposphere, especially in matches with big teams is great. Zilina is struggling to score lately and i cant see them changing it tomorrow. Struhar back in squad for DAC which is def positive for them. Zilina did not replace former captain Jez with adequate player and strikers seem to have cup of coffee during the matches. DAC will not defend only and they have upfront dangerous players like Filo and TOmcak. They are not in great form,but can harm Zilina s defence, which is not great at all. Never was, but without Pecalka who went to Israel its even worse. President of DAC tried to boost the players by giving ultimatum to coach to collect at least a point from this game, but this isnt important at all. DAC is not playing that bad, i would say they play quite well, esp. at home. They have quality in defence, good goalkeeper, one of the best in our league. I believe Zilina will start their winning machine soon, but they need time to adapt to the situation they are in- without important players who they have sold, without form and they have to cope with psychological situation that they have lost their points advantage to the rest of the title contenders. Tight game, draw would not suprise me, current odds represent value on 1X or DAC +0,5 i would say. DAC +0,5 rising odds, currently you can get 1.95 at bet365 which is great value for me.
