Good or Bad Thing?

What are your views on today's 'no flat racing'? 3 meetings, all over the sticks slap bang in the middle of the flat season. Is this a good thing (ie, a break for the flat boys to recharge the batteries after a busy week) or a bad thing (ie, upsetting the momentum)? Personally, I don't like it. Yesterday, we didn't see a single jumps meeting but today there are 3. Weekends are often the only time many of us get to focus on 2 days of racing so having our choices limited by this method of planning does not get my vote. Views?

Re: Good or Bad Thing? Yep that's my view aswell Russ, people who work long hours during the week only get the weekend to studay. Seems crazy to me.
