He Broke the track record at Southwell for trainer Richard Fahey but hes not won from then on. A tricky wee race with only 5 going to post and strange things happen in small races, should go off a short fav but i'll take him on and maybe one of the new kids on the block will catch him out for speed, he was a B/F last time out and i cant see him breaking any more track records. 1pt Lay ARCTIC FEELING 6-50 Beverley Race 2. Re: Lay of the Day 2nd July 435 Sandown: Tartan Gunner Won over a mile last time and all his best runs have come at around that trip, steps back up to 10f here and carries a heft 6lb penalty. Takes on two very good horses in Verdant and Australia Day and would be surprised if he can follow up so a lay at around 7/2.
