blackcrow
Re: Super 14 Round 9 Blues win by 13+ margin @ 2.50 centrebet Blues are rolling along as their win over the Bulls last week showed when they put it together, they are hard to beat. While they are 7th they are not far off a top 4 spot, as the Stormers are currently 4th and just 4 points in front of them. The Stormers were flat in losing to the Western Force last week and now face an equally long trek to Auckland, where they do not have a good record. They have won only one of their last 5 meetings with the Blues, and doubt that this will change here, as their away form is poor. With the Blues playing an expansive brand of rugby, expect the Stormers to get run off their feet and the Blues to record a comfortable win Waratahs @ 3.85 centrebet The Crusaders have been the best team in the Super 14 since its inception but believe that things are starting to change with other teams narrowing the gap between them and the Crusaders. The home team is starting to become too dependent on Carter to create and McCaw to engineer the go-forward and teams are starting to work much more on combating these two very good players. The Crusaders who have a good hardworking pack of forwards and their battle with the Waratahs pack should be a great battle. However it is the backline where the Waratahs are starting to show much more belief and confidence than in the past. They have shown that when they are prepared to run the ball, they are hard to stop, and believe if they follow this startegy, since no one really gives them a chance here, they will do well here. If Halangahu can keep Carter quiet, then the Waratahs backs will put pressure on these Crusaders backs with their defence and cause mistakes and turnovers. blackcrow
Re: Super 14 Round 9 Blues win by 13+ margin :@ Blues back to their bumbling ways. Too many handling errors, and up against a very good defence, they paid the price Waratahs :@ Looked good for much of the game but fell away in the end
