On Sunday we will have the chance to enjoy 82-nd edition of Academy Awards (Oscars). Here are some interesting tips from me about upcomming race Leading actress: Meryl Streep (3.00 at bet365, SJ, Boyle, Betfred) The main race will be against Sandra Bullock. I think this is maybe the sweetest bet for this years awards. Bullock played not so bad in The blind side, but isn't something special. It's his first Academy award. She never been so popular among the critics. One of the biggest pointers in Oscar's race is the winning awards from others festivals/critics/medias. Meryl Streep, who played amazingly in Julie and Julia got 12 different awards for here role from different critics mainly in USA. Bullock had only 3! Streep is almost every year among the nominations for the best actrees and she held the record for most nominations in every category with 16 nominations (she won twice the award, last time was on 1982). It's first time for her to get so much individual preOscars awards. And this year the concurence isn't to strong. The Britain Helen Mirren won the award in 2007. Carrey Mulligan (12.00 at Bet 365) played perfectly (it's the biggest rival for Meryl), but she is also from UK, still very young and An Education got 3 nominations (worth to play on adapted screenplay at 13.00 on bet365 and boyles) at all while Julie and Jilia had just 1. The last lady - Gabourey Sidide got 10 pre-Oscar awards for her role at Precious, but most of them are for young actrees/breaktrhought etc...It;s her first film and i am sure noone will give her the award for just one performence. Other short entries: Cinematography: Avatar at 2.20-2.30 on Betfair First the movie was showed on classic and 3D format, it's very tough to make shootings, so that it will be easy and such effectivly edited by computers. Other plus is that few years ago there was common battle between Lord of the rings monsters and the war's shots at the amazing Black Hawk down (it's far better from cinematography point of view then THe hurt locker). THe award went to Lord of the rings. In 2006 Pan's Labyrinth also made such impact and it's very close to Avatar. I have other nice selections, but will post them if i have time this week. GL

Reasoning	In many opinions worst movie of the previous year.I've seen this movie in quite a few top 10 worst movies of 2009.Poor acting and awfull plot...Here's nice quote : "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen": like that scene in "Raging Bull," when Joe Pesci slams the car door against the guy's head, over and over. This sequel is that door. The audience is the guy.
