No Racing !!!!

Blimey.........I've just noticed that there's no racing on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday ! What's that all about ? I mean, Christmas Day, fair enough..........everyone should have Christmas day off. But everybody else is working up to Christmas Eve on Friday........it's a normal working week up until then. How come the Racing Industry gets 3 days off before Christmas day ? And what exactly are we all meant to do ? Watch telly ?.................:loon

The jockeys have their Xmas dinner and piss up on Wednesday, recover on Thursday and then shit it all out with laxatives and sweat it out in the sauna to make the weight on Friday just in time to return to the saddle on Saturday. :lol In all seriousness they deserve a few days off, most of these guys probably get very little time to spend with family. Maybe we will have to go to the bookies for Portman Park racing for 3 days, then again maybe not. :eek

will be at football too, dont really like the boxing day cards as too many to study up. OUr game kicks off at 1pm also, so in the car by 11.15 doesnt leave much time xmas evening sounds good but the family may notice !!:ok
