played in a golf tournament today in a charity event in aid of the Injured Jockeys fund Jason Weaver, Sam Hitchcock, George Baker, Seb Sanders were all there but unfortunately didnt stay for the evening meal. The event was sponsored by Extrabet.com & an auction was held afterwards A chq was presented to the iJF for £6k & the auction must have raised another £5k. My website paid £45 for 4 members badges at Lingfield & £190 for a 4ball at a very decent local golf club worth about £320 so we did our bit for this great cause. I am hoping to have Extrabet.com as a future sponsor on golf days & we also had an electronic scoring system on the day which was excellent as you could check the leaderboard on the way round A great day for a great cause I have the IJF's guys card so maybe we will do a bit for the cause in the future:ok anyone interested, let me know
