5.50 Kempton Russian Sage could be interesting at a decent price having disappointed in 2 recent efforts in group 3 company, but was a runner up in dubai in a group 2 and probably has some of the strongest form in the book and will be interesting to see if he takes to aw surface and hopefully e/w backable. 0.25pt e/w Russian sage 6.20 Kempton Class 7 handicap 14 runners and ALL maidens! Valkyrie has been rather consistent but contacts don’t seem to have found her ideal trip yet and is probably likely to have to settle for another place from a wide draw. Bedarra Boy could take some beating on this lowly mark having finished 2nd in a decent enough novice hurdle a couple weeks ago and prior to that 3rd over a 3f further trip on turf off a 2lb higher mark. 0.5pt win bedarra boy 7.50 Kempton Not biggest fan of anything trying to make all on the aw but kempton is probably the best poly track to do it on. Arteus won over CD in a maiden in august and then went off boil in couple of handicaps before coming back to hand again last time out when making all on turf and is now only 2lb higher in handicap which looks like and maybe another track the leader ride similar to the one when he won is maiden could see him take this trappy contest. Tourist won over this trip at wolverhampton a couple of weeks ago and won extremely well and 5lb rise looks fair enough, and again has a reasonable draw in the middle. 0.5pt e/w arteus 0.25pt e/w tourist 8.20Kempton I think home could be seriously under estimated in this field having been rather disappointing on the flat but has recently come alight over hurdles and if he can convert that to flat he would be in with a shout in this. Blockley has a fantastic strike rate on the aw and looked to be coming to hand again when 3rd last time out and is now just 3lb higher in handicap after last win. 0.25pt e/w blockley 0.25pt e/w home 9.20 Kempton Yanza is much improved for the fitting of blinkers recently and front running tactics has the perfect draw to do that again today and runs off same mark again today and is 1 from 1 round here and could go better for a change of scenery. The name is frank has been going well on turf recently and has a useful 5lb claimer on his back and if taking to his first try on aw could go well from a decent enough draw. 0.75pt win yanza 0.25pt win the name is frank

Re: Kempton 11th Nov (AW) (eve) I also like Arteus in the 7.50. 7.50 Kempton Arteus won a course and distance maiden in August and although disappointed here in September, simply didn't get home when stepped up in trip up to a mile. Dropped back down to 7f on turf he made all to score at Folkestone when last seen, and with first time blinkers fitted (won with cheekpieces fitted last time out) he could go well from a high draw as he has only gone up a couple of pounds in the handicap. 11/1 Skybet, 1 pt EW (3 places, 1/4 odds). Note- 7/1 with some other firms.
