Hooloovoo
Re: The 'bouncebackability' system Do you have your figures in Excel? In that case it would be interesting to see profit graphs for football and NHL, respectively
Orpheus
Re: The 'bouncebackability' system I've created the graphs, but can't add them as attachments here :( I've upload them to rapidshare, but I'm not sure how easy they are to use without charge these days. Here's the link: http://rapidshare.com/files/323466259/graphs.JPG Any other suggestions?

Orpheus
Re: The 'bouncebackability' system The numbers on the right are the P/L figures since 31/10 when I first started this thread. The P/L numbers in the graphs are from the start of the season. You can see how the football P/L is currently markedly down from the 31/10 figure and the NHL P/L figure is up from the 31/10 figure. There is some small difference in the figures as 2nd- and 3rd-order lags can be used to generate qualifying plays under quick strict conditions (I think I outlined this briefly at the outset), but it was much easier to generate the charts using the data from 1st-order lags. Again, the difference should be small as there are few plays generated from the 2nd- and 3rd-order lags within the system.
