Heads Up Ethical Question (Part Brag Obv)

I just played a heads up session shown below (plus a few weird hands). One table of 50NL and one of 100NL, both against the same opponent. He was clearly either drunk/tilting/both, and definitely not mentally fit to be playing poker. It was too easy taking his money to the point where it almost made me feel bad. The question is, should I a) just sit there taking his money until he leaves? b) ask him if he's ok, and then continue playing c) leave, and suggest he does the same I'm leaning towards a) (which is what I did on this ocassion).
