Re: 2m 2k We're starting 1st October :ok For the tabatabai challenge - it's a tricky one - if the entry is earned in September, then it's not reasonable at all to count it in October. It's also pretty tough to play (and focus) on it maybe 7 or 8 evenings over the month and not count it - however I cannot see any reasonable alternative - so any Team Challenge prizes for me I wouldnt count.

Re: 2m 2k If there is room in this fictional house for one more, I would like to join you. I've been giving this thought over the last day or two and I know that I need focus on my game. I just ramble into a tourney or a cash game, play for a few hours, and that's it. I win more than I lose but there is no defined goal. If I am allowed in the house (I'll take the under-stairs cupboard:loon), I will start with a €500 fictional bank. As it is not a competition it won't matter and I have the majority of my bankroll in Ladbrokes, Devilfish, 32 red and Stan James. If I play on a $ site I will convert at 1 Euro to 1.5 US Dollars. This should allow me 10 Euro MTT's and 10/20c cash, either 6-max PLO or NLHE which will be my grind. There are some good tournaments on those sites for 5-10 Euros that can give you a good return. Conversion Rates USD $1 : EUR €0.68 USD $1 : GBP £0.63
For tracking purposes, I think it's easier if we all track in the same currency (USD) - this in no way stops you playing on other currency tables - just makes sure we're all talking the same language. I've put fixed exchange rates in Post 1 which will last for the full duration of this challenge - very similar to your ER, just with the focus as $1 (instead of €1)

Re: 2m 2k lol - just noticed we're not the first to try this! Though looks like the other guy gave up yesterday (though translations are a bit dodgy...) http://babelfish.yahoo.com/translate_url?doit=done&tt=url&intl=1&fr=bf-home&trurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.procyclingmanager.com%2Fforum%2Ftopic%2F1123-2-months-2000%2F&lp=nl_en&btnTrUrl=Translate

That's fine GaF, I'll start with $500 and just convert when I play:ok

Re: 2m 2k

Better if we start with a $1000 theoretical bankroll?
I think Roger Wadhead is right $1k will dilute it somewhat I like the idea of it being a challenge so $500 is fine by me but BRM by the book may not be achievable for me in the first week but I'll see how it goes. My time will be a little limited as I have a run of live games DTD Deepstack, The Dublin IPO and APAT Bolton in October - GUK Blackpool and APAT Luton in November all 2 or 3 day events plus travel. So I can only really see myself doing 3 sessions a week on this which adds to the challenge buts thats why I want to do it :ok

Re: 2m 2k Nice one Woodie :ok Not on my machine at the moment - will update post 1 later :) Not sure I understand what you mean by "Starting with 100 buying so $340 roll" however think you're starting with a $340 bankroll - that's fine - you can do as you wish - I will record it as if it were a $500 bankroll though (for the sake of the graph and comparison) - however the games you play are up to you, so it doesn't impact you what starting bankroll I record you from. Only thing (and this is to everyone) - be complete in your records - i.e. make sure you record all your losses as well as your winnings - we're working towards a net profit target - so if you're not complete, it's a false target for you.

Re: 2m 2k

Is this wef 1st Oct? I should be able to give you a week's worth of diary by then (it's not checked and ready for Oct yet). Obviously things get added in at the last minute but it'll have all the regular stuff in there.
As I never play them currrently, but for this they may prove useful .... Can you give a list in here of the Raked Hand Freerolls, and there days, please Helen ? And required Hands for each - ?
