If this isn't sufficient GaF, then let me know and we sort something else out. This is a total of 109 points just from betfair poker. As a side note, i can't understand why Betfair should have any difficulty in providing correct points statements for the teams or individual players. And why the hassle of setting up HU tourneys at friday's?? Upon that, the lobby seems shaky, displaying only 1st place paid where it should be 18, displaying 6 seater tourneys when it's actually 9-seater, and so on. I find it hard to be too critical of Betfair - because they've put up great prizes for us and are offering us a great promo and opportunities and I think they deserve our support just because of that. However I agree with your statements! For the reports, I get the impression (and could easily be wrong) that the reporting team just havent understood what has been needed (I dont know how it was explained by the Betfair Poker Team) - I've just provided a sample report of what we are looking for - so am hopeful that that will be quite easy to replicate :hope Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I played at least an hour of 25c/50c NL Holdem yesterday afternoon and made a $40 profit, so pots were good all the way through, yet no points showing? If the points dont show, I'm afraid there's nothing I can do. I dont know how the Betfair reports will show them if they come through - if the points are there, you can have them, if not, I'm afraid there's nothing we can do.....
