Re: Kempton 15th Sept 6:20 Kempton: Mary Celest 2pts win 20/1 & Chat De Soie 3pts win 14/1 both Stan James (Bog) Two lightly raced sorts here who are cpaable of improving, with Mary Celest Robert winston has a fair record riding Kevin Ryans two year olds and she slips in the bottom of the weights here. And for Chat De Soie three reasonable runs, nothing too outstanding but as a result may be on a decent mark and take a hand here.

Re: Kempton 15th Sept 8:50 Kempton: Honourable Endeavour 3pts win 12/1 Paddy Power (Bog) & Spinning Waters 2pts win 25/1 Blue Square Honourable Endeavour stays this sort of trip and went clsoe on the all weather at Wolverhampton in Janaury off a four pound lower mark. With Spinning Waters the trip hold a question mark but you would think pedigree wise worth a shot and did win off a higher mark at Pontefract in April.

Re: Kempton 15th Sept 6.20 Kempton Mary Celest was niggled along in the early stages of her maiden race at Beverley last time and although clearly no match for the smart winner, did finish her race better than she started it. She has now qualified for a mark and makes her handicap debut here and stepping up in trip is of interest. Her ability to handle the surface has to be taken on trust but not many Kevin Ryan horses are rated as low as 60 and it will be interesting to see how she gets on from a good draw. 16/1 Bet 365, 2.5 pts EW (3 places, 1/4 odds). 6.50 Kempton Sunshine Always hacked up in a course claimer last time out and it is no surprise to see he was claimed afterwards. His mark is up 1 lb on his return to handicaps but judging by his form at Newmarket earlier in the season that may still give him a chance here and from a good draw he could go well. 8/1 Bet 365, 5 pts EW (3 places, 1/4 odds).

Re: Kempton 15th Sept 9.20 Kempton Milne Bay may need this run as he returns from a 123-day break but I like trainer David Simcock and I like this horse, who became a bit of a favourite over the winter, and I cannot allow him to go off unbacked at 9/1. He won over this trip at Wolverhampton and although rated 71 now, was placed off this mark when last seen. I've never heard of the jockey but saw he rode a winner yesterday, and am taking a chance. 9/1 SJ, 2.5 pts EW (3 places, 1/5 odds).

Re: Kempton 15th Sept 6.50 Kempton Wide open affair macs power ran his best race sincing winning in june off a mark of 69 behind scorching wind last time out off a mark of 76 is further raised 3lb sure to make it tougher and also not such an ideal draw. Striding edge is another finished behind the progressive scorching wind last time out but is only raise 2lb for that effort and had previously won off a 5lb higher mark time before could find things easier today although again draw not great 0.25pt e/w macspower 7/1 bet365 0.25pt e/w striding edge 10/1 bet365 7.50 Kempton Another extremely wide open event with several exposed sorts. Salybia bay showed best effort yet last time out on turf over this trip Moore an interesting booking for a strong ride and rides kempton well, also gets given another 1lb in handicap and does have previous form on all weather which is a bonus. Chanrossa is another that showed her best effort last time out over CD sure to strip fitter today and runs off same mark, is lightly raced and could well be improving. 0.25pt e/w chanrossa 0.5pt e/w Salybia bay 8.50 Kempton Very little to go on with these many trying trip for the first time and many not seen on all weather before so anything is possible here but gonna have a small play on the snaucy snipe who finished a brilliant 4th last time out over CD a week ago and is actually dropped 4lb and probert back on board and could go extremely well if building on that! 0.25pt e/w saucy snipe 9.20 Kempton Obe royal looks extremely well treated on previous all weather form having last won round here off a mark of 73 rated 69 tonight and a useful 5lb claimer taking ride, concern is the awful performance he put in on the all weather at wolverhampton in a claimer, but previously had run a good 3rd off this mark round wolverhampton in handicap. Tamasou won nicely over CD last time out and although does have 6lb penalty to worry about but is actually only 2lb higher as handicap assessment before that win probert taking the ride again. 0.5pt win/0.25pt e/w (depending on what price we get) tamasou 0.25pt e/w obe royal

9.20 Kempton Obe royal looks extremely well treated on previous all weather form having last won round here off a mark of 73 rated 69 tonight and a useful 5lb claimer taking ride, concern is the awful performance he put in on the all weather at wolverhampton in a claimer, but previously had run a good 3rd off this mark round wolverhampton in handicap. 0.25pt e/w obe royal
Not copying you (!) but I also fancy Obe Royal to run well and hopefully grab a place at the very least. Last win was here at Kempton in a class 4 over the same distance off a mark of 72. Runs tonight off of 69 with 5lb taken off by the Jockey. Chris mentions the awful performance at Wolverhampton but looking at it, there were some huge prices in front of him that day and was actually only beaten 3.85 lengths. Also going to have a small E/W flutter on Greystoke Prince at a tasty price. His only previous win was C&D here off 65. Ran credibly in the next few starts off higher marks but has struggled severely since. Something is maybe amiss but this front runner is now effectively 8lb lower than that win and I'm taking a fun e/w punt at nice odds. OBE ROYAL E/W GREYSTONE PRINCE E/W

Re: Kempton 15th Sept 8.50 Kempton Regal Blush is well worth a try at this trip judging by her latest run at Bath when she stayed on over shorter. She remains a maiden after six starts but showed enough on her handicap debut when second to It's Dubai Dolly to suggest she could find a race of this sort of mark. 14/1 Bet 365, 5 pts EW (1/4 odds, 3 places).
