Re: Grex's HOMES; 261 bets; +14.5% yield you don't have access to a FTP server yourself? for instance a free web account connected to your internet provider or so? in that case you could host the image yourself, should you be concerned the image would get deleted in the future. Otherwise I should suggest to use an image upload service connected with an account (such as picasa or photobucket). Would find it surprising should images get deleteded by such hosts. They may not give you the url of the image in a textbox directly, but that's easy to find out ;)

The method I concocted was....... 1) Create an account (free) on an image-hosting site (in my case "Imageframe") 2) Open the table in my Excel file; 3) Press "Print Screen" and save; 4) Edit the file in MS Paint i.e. crop everything apart from the table - save as a PNG file; 5) upload the PNG file onto your image-hosting site - it gives you the URL address for your image; 6) post it on PL forum (click the "Insert image" icon and you are prompted for the URL). There are probably simpler ways of doing it, but it only takes 2 or 3 minutes.

Hi Grex. If you use the snipping tool (ships with Win7 or Vista). If you use Linux or Mac a similar tool is probably available. Then you can just make a Rectangular Snip of your table and save it as PNG directly. You would save some of the time it takes in step 3+4. Not a lot but why not make it as easy as possible. Re: Grex's HOMES; 266 bets; +14.8% yield You still have to upload the file. I can paste tables in Internet Explorer and Opera without a problem. Not as nice as before (before the forum changed). They lose color formatting + other formatting (right/left alignment, Bold, Italic and probably many others). But it is - I feel - enough to get the job done. There is a possibility to edit the tables manually after pasting them. The following is just a guess: I think your tables looks weird because your columns aren't wide enough (in excel). I've had the same problem a couple of times. When you paste the table the column size doesn't change but the font size changes to a larger/bigger font. The font in your screwed tables are larger than on the pictures of your table. So there is more text in the same space as your small font uses. Then "it" has to use several lines to write the same letters. About 6 months ago, I had a problem with my threads (this one and the "overs" thread) hanging-up and I was told by the Mods that it was down to my bad habit of copying-and-pasting direct from Excel. So I think I had better be a good boy and stick to the image-hosting method (with the short-cuts you suggested in post #957). After all, we don't want the thread to hang-up again.... or people would not benefit from my selections on this very complex and complicated system. :rollin

Rather difficult to answer that without knowing the basis of your selections. Odds seem to range from less than 1.10 up to 1.84..... stakes are calculated to give you a fixed 10 unit profit...... a wide range of matches, including English reserve games and women's internationals. Your yield is currently approximately 16%, which is very encouraging. Perhaps you can start your own thread where you can explain the system and post selections in advance.

As predicted, the only selection this weekend is Roma. Since the system started, Roma has been selected 14 times, and won 13 at average odds of 1.69, and with a yield of 80% :loon Just watch them cock it up this weekend :p

If you want to follow one of those, you will have to go to the Glory Hunters forum (₤10 to ₤10,000 in 2 weeks etc.) :loon They say that 97% of punters lose in the long-term. If you had followed this system from the start, you would definitely be in the elite 3% group of winners. As you can see from the graph below, there are losing streaks.... but it is unlikely to be bank-breaking. I do not understand your proposed staking system... “about 10 times my betting stake for 1 match”. This system was based on flat stakes of 10% of the original bank. How much you stake is your decision. For next weekend there will probably be 3 selections, so I should adjust your stake per match according to your theoretical starting bank Good luck if you decide to take the plunge ;)

Two of the three selections are comfortably within the 1.45 - 1.80 selection range, so it is unlikely that they will move much. Cagliari are currently 1.73 on bet365 and shortening slightly, so they should still be within the price range come Friday evening (my usual selection time).....
