  5. Re: BOG-trotting with bet365 Winner! Would be rude of me not to follow all of your selections with your record. Good start so far!
  6. Re: AINTREE GRAND NATIONAL > 4:15pm Saturday April 5th Triolo D'Alene it is then guys! I have £120 ew on him with Bet365!
  7. Re: March 3 - March 9 Jimmy Wang V Greg Ouellette This should be a routine win for Wang. Ouellette is regularly playing on the Futures tour now and has not played on hard court this season, where as Wang is reguarly playing at a higher level than Ouellette generally the Challenger tour. Ouellette has never played a match on the ATP tour match where as Wang has a decent record on hard court on the ATP tour... Jimmy Wang 2-0 v Greg Ouellette - Paddy Power @ 1.53
  8. Re: February 24 - March 2 I like this, Berdych looks to be playing really well this year!
  9. Re: February 24 - March 2 Sam Querrey v T.Hank - Under 19.5 Games - SkyBet @ 1.73 - 5 Units Big difference in quality here. Hank has played just 5 matches on the Challenger tour and ATP tour combined losing all 5! Today he faces Querrey who has 5 hard court titles to his name and was once ranked 17th on the ATP tour. I will admit Querrey has been poor recently but this has been due to some issues away from tennis. Despite these issue he did beat Gulbis and Giraldo at the Australian Open and recently took a set off Murray in the Davis Cup. This shows what he is capable of and a 6-3 6-4 victory will do use nicely here however I expect an even more convincing victory!!
  10. Re: February 17 - February 23 Massive choke from Struff. Got lucky there
  11. Re: February 17 - February 23 Looks like we have different opinions today Czech! ATP Marseille Joe-Wilfried Tsonga v Jan-Lennard Struff - 22/02/14 - 14:30pm This match features Jo-Wilfried Tsonga ranked 10th on the ATP tour and he faces Jan-Lennard Struff ranked 117th on the ATP tour. Firstly Tsonga won this tournament last year and will be setting his sites on winning it again as he will not want to lose the 250 ranking points he has from this tournament. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga has won 18 in a row when priced as Heavy Favourite (
  12. Re: February 17 - February 23 ATP Marseille J-W.Tsonga v N.Davydenko – 19.02.14 – 15:00pm This match features Jo-Wilfried Tsonga ranked 10th on the ATP tour, he faces Nikolay Davydenko ranked 63rd on the ATP tour. Firstly Jo is going to be very motivated this week! He won this tournament last year therefore he has 250 points to defend and he is going to want to retain them. I am going with -3.5 games rather than 2-0 here as I am getting fed up of backing players to win 2-0 and they drop a set but win the game comfortably!! The fact that Tsonga won this tournament last year also shows that he is comfortable on this surface and indoors. He also reached the semi finals in 2012. Tsonga is from France so will be playing in front of a home crowd which should motivate him even more! Tsonga has won the last 3 meetings between these pair as well as covering the -3.5 game handicap on each occasion. One of these matches was at this tournament last year. Nikolay Davydenko has lost 8 in a row when Opponent is a Top 10 Player. Thanks to Tennis Insight for this stat. Nikolay Davydenko has lost 8 of last 9 when priced as Moderate Underdog ($3.00 to $5.999). Thanks to Tennis Insight for this stat. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga has won 17 in a row when priced as Heavy Favourite (
  13. Re: February 17 - February 23 K.Anderson v T.Smyczek This match features Kevin Anderson ranked 22nd on the ATP tour and he faces Tim Smyczek ranked 102nd on the ATP tour. Anderson struggled early on in the season due to him contracting Salmonella meaning he only played 1 preparation match for the Australian Open. Despite this Anderson still gave a good account for himself and managed to reach the 4th round before losing to the inform Berdych. This loss was inevitable after playing two 5 setters in his first 3 matches! Tim Smyczek has had a very poor start to the season and has yet to win a set against a player ranked inside the top 100 on the ATP tour. Anderson reached the Quarter Finals here last year meaning he has 45 points to defend, he should be motivated to regain these especially as he is in the favourable half of the draw and has a very good chance of making the final. Anderson actually trains and lives in Florida therefore will be living at home whilst playing this week which should be a big advantage for the South African. Anderson also returned back to Florida after the Australian Open therefore has had a lot of time to prepare for this event. These two have met on 3 occasions and Anderson has won every one in straight sets. Including a win in straight sets in this same event last year in the first round. Anderson is the much more established player out of these two and this is shown as he has won 57.4% of his ATP hard court matches which include 2 titles. Compared with Smyczek who has won just 33.3% of his ATP Hard court matches. Recommended Bet: 4 Units K.Anderson 2-0 v T.Smyczek – BetVictor @ 1.87
  14. Re: February 17 - February 23 T.Robredo v P.Carreno-Busta This match feature Tommy Robredo ranked 17th on the ATP tour and he faces fellow Spaniard Pablo Carreno-Busta ranked 65 on the ATP tour. There is no doubt that Carreno-Busta had a great season last year where he shot up in the rankings largely due to him winning so many matches on the Challenger tour, however there is a huge difference between the Challenger tour and ATP tour. This has shown already this year, with Carreno-Busta winning just 1 of his 6 matches this year. I was relatively surprised to see Robredo at similar odds to the last time these two played each other which was just last week where Robredo won in straight sets. Last week Robredo beat Carreno Busta in straight sets which was odds of 1.83. The best price for the same result this time round is 1.8 which looks decent value. So what is different this week compared to last week? Well this week is a ATP 500 event which means the ranking points available are greater therefore Robredo should be more motivated than he was last week. Also the win percentage for favourites is higher in ATP 500 events compare with ATP 250 event. I mentioned how Carreno-Busta has had a slow start to the season with just the one win. Robredo has had a pretty average start to the season and did manage to reach the 4th round of the Australian Open where he lost to the eventual winner Wawrinka! Robredo did have a bit of a shock loss to Leo Mayer in the 2nd round at Vina Del Mar but went onto reach the semi final the following week in Buenos Aires before losing to the inform Fognini. Carreno-Busta is still massively inexperience on the ATP tour playing just 20 matches. Compare this with Robredo who has played over 700 matches winning 11 clay court titles in this period! Robredo’s motivation should be high this week with the chance of picking up some pressure ranking points and a possible run to the semi final! Recommended Bet: 4 Units Robredo 2-0 v Carreno Busta – Paddy Power @ 1.8
  15. Re: February 10 - February 16 ATP Rotterdam M.Cilic v I.Sijsling This match features Marin Cilic ranked 37th on the ATP and he faces Igor Sijsling ranked 64th on the ATP tour. Yesterday Sijsling did take a medical time out after the 2nd set against Kohlschreiber for a shoulder injury therefore Sijsling may not be 100% today. Cilic is in superb form winning 8 matches in a row without losing a single set. These wins have been against some decent players as well! He has beat the likes of Dodig, Haas, Tsonga and Murray which shows how well he is playing. In this 8 matches he has not even been close to losing a set and has not played one tie break. Cilic has a very good indoor record winning 67% of his ATP tour indoor matches. This includes winning 5 titles where as Sijsling has never Won a ATP tour title. Sijsling was playing in a Challenger tour event a couple of weeks ago which shows Cilic is a level above him in terms of quality, you would certainly not see Cilic playing a Challenger tour event. Last week in Zagreb Sijsling dropped a set against Kavcic and then went onto lose against A.Kuznetsov you would expect him to beat both of these players who are not in the greatest of form right now therefore I expect him to struggle against Cilic. The head to head reads 2-0 to Cilic despite him dropping a set on both occasions. He is playing much better now than he was when he beat Sijsling in Paris last year. Cilic should really win this 2-0 especially if Sijsling is struggling with his shoulder. Recommended Bet: 4 Units Cilic 2-0 v Sijsling – Pinnacle @ 1.962 For the sake of all of us I hope Cilic wins 2-0 I like your tip on Almagro +4.5 games Czech, I was also going to tip that. Seems a long line considering Ferrer is not playing great!
