ken678
Ave - Betfred - 3.75 - 9.00 Salisbury Ran well enough first time up last time in a much better race and not that sure that the inimitable Stoute (not to mention job jockey Jummy Fortune) would be bothered to be so far from home on a Saturday night if they didn't think they could pick up more black type for a decently bred filly
chris34
Re: Salisbury 11th July Just a quick word hills seem to be offering much bigger prices than any other firms on that race on all runners ;) you can get 9/2 for ave
south_eastern_ram
Re: Salisbury 11th July 8.30 Salisbury - Screaming Brave Comes into this race with very good form, winning in grade 6 races at Lingfield and Yarmouth. Following that up he came 3rd in an identical race at Pontefract at 9-5. Today he is dropped down to 8-13 which should see him improve on that effort. Loves the firm ground, can stay the trip so should go close in this relatively weak grade 5 race with Bagber being the main rival. Put money on this earlier, when the going was firmer, now it's soft i'll be very surprised if he wins. Would have my money on Bagber now if i could. O well, was my own fault for not checking the forecast or going down the bookies much later.
ken678
Re: Salisbury 11th July Yes noticed that re Hills - a big discrepancy if it was actually available - double the price in fact. Still a winner is a winner ,
